I was in the gynecology department on the 7th floor at the 1st post in May. She is a medic with 20 years of experience. I'll say this - there was nothing to cling to. The food is very "lame" everywhere and I don't even take it into account. 1. Nurses are beyond praise. All pensioners, mostly, but they work like bees, conscientiously! Finding good nurses is a real challenge! 2. I am a nurse myself and a good nurse, even among my own staff like me 1-2 and that's it. So, in this department, all the big smart guys: the guards, the treatment room, the dressing room. They work well, have a good attitude, without a "sour" face. They gave boiling water for coffee, if necessary))) 3. There are many doctors, everyone is at work, endlessly in the operating rooms. There is a very intelligent manager at the head. 4. The staff of the canteen are neat women, they always give an addition if there is any left. 5. The department is renovated, everything is new, beautiful, in working condition. It's nice to be here. I didn't see a single cockroach! In general, there is a feeling that the staff was specially selected by the best. Good luck to you and grateful patients!
