Instead of telling me how to get a ticket, I had to listen to a series of insults from her. I hope that a preventive conversation will be held with the employee, otherwise in this atmosphere of desolation in the museum, all tourists will be scared away. The town hall in Mogilev or any other city in Belarus is more interesting. The receptionist (caretaker), I don't know what to call it, is not particularly friendly.
