I want to tell you a lot about this urban facility. Doctors and surgeons are not all praiseworthy, professionals with a capital letter. Young, promising, but middle and junior staff, this is a separate story. My dad had his leg amputated to the middle of the thigh in September of this year. He is an elderly man who has suffered a lot of all sorts of hardships in life, and if you are well over 70 years old, then the level of physical condition is in accordance with age, weakness and weakness. After the operation, Dad could not cope with the need for a large amount and repeatedly asked the staff to bring the boat or help get to the restroom. They came and went promising to return, but did not return. 8 days in such a deplorable state, until one of the visitors helped him and brought him, literally, to the restroom. He was discharged with bedsores, before that they put a catheter on and it leaked, although he complained. In general, it can take a long time to list all these unprofessional things. You can endlessly complain about a small salary, poor working conditions, but we consciously choose a profession, and the human factor cannot be excluded either. Yes, there are not enough hospitals, the wards are small, but we are still people, still intelligent beings. And if you chose the wrong profession, each of us has a choice. Good health to all and God grant you a calm and easy old age, surrounded by family and friends!

Parking is difficult. We parked far away, it's not very convenient to walk with a sick person. We could not immediately find eye microsurgery, the map on the territory is not clear. But wherever we turned, everything was explained politely and clearly. My friend went to get an operation, I stayed waiting - they will put me down -they will not put me down. The guard, at first seemed very courteous, helps Everyone-explains. But then my grandfather comes in with a wand, accompanied by a courteous guard, and at first begins to DRIVE me away from my place, although the girl was sitting next to me, and then he began to KICK me out into the street. This is subject to availability. When I told him my age and told him about my sore joints and that I sat down, not to give in, I backed down, they say, I didn't say that and you misunderstood me.
Meanwhile, grandpa, ignoring all this fuss, walked past, straight to the doctor))

I would like to sincerely thank the ambulance crew and the intensive care doctors who provided professional help to my mother, she is 77 years old.
The department of interventional cardiology also has doctors and nurses, junior technical staff, very caring, doctor Aizhan Yerkenbekovna and Elmira Bagitzhanovna are just two smart girls! May Allah grant them blessings and good luck in everything.
But a separate topic: about the wards, everything is very scarce, the toilets are equipped as in the 90s, there are no dispensers, the patients themselves buy water, there are not enough ducks, strollers too, if there are old or broken ones, only 3 per department. It's stuffy in the wards, there are no screens on the windows, it's very hot during the day. The food is meager, it really hurts to look at those who do not have relatives. There is no TV in the compartment, the sofas are shabby. But doctors and medical staff work no matter what. They're great!
