In general, the hotel is not bad. Proximity to a famous brand is good for you. During the stay (~3 days) there were problems with the Internet. The service is not bad. Excellent for this level of SPA. Excellent - in the sense that you can get a massage and swim in the pool at a time when you no longer count on it. Breakfast is on a solid "4". The rooms and corridors are already "tired", which does not spoil the overall impression. I would say this - the hotel is for those who came to Tashkent for a vacation and do not pretend to have SUPER conditions for living between their adventures.

A nice atmospheric hotel, but some rooms need to be renovated. I also really didn't like the work of the elevators - sometimes after waiting 15 minutes I just walked. But even here everything is not so simple - there are two stairs, one of which has a blocked exit to the first floor. In general, there is something for the hotel management to work on.

Located in the very center, the hotel is 4 stars. We lived in a standard room, but for most hotels it is at least a junior suite - large, comprehensively furnished with a business area and a large bathroom. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools (the outdoor ones apparently work in summer), a sauna, a hammam and this is included in the price. The breakfast is quite varied, it is delicious. The restaurant is open. But the bar in the lobby - it must be understood that for foreigners it is a business card, so a business card - works very poorly (even though the piano plays in the evenings ...), and the hotel is essentially designed not for the domestic market and this is strange for a country where gastronomic hospitality is very developed.

The May holidays were spent in the hospitable city of TASHKENT, which is beautiful in all plans. As for the hotel, you can put a solid three. Let's start with an early check-in, which was paid additionally, but unfortunately the room was not prepared: a bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush were all in one set, as it turned out, the call to the reception was not enough (30 minutes), I had to go down and hurry, I don't want to talk about towels at all since there was only one the kit was torn, it turned out that during the whole week they changed to the same ones, there was no water in the room and there was no safe either, to the question where? There was a clear answer during the repair, after long negotiations with the staff, they still managed to get a safe. In general, only its location can be noted as a plus. Unfortunately, the price does not match the quality.

First, about the advantages. Very clean room, cleaning every day, a wonderful spa complex, including three swimming pools (including one for children with warm water), hammam and sauna. Towels and bed linen are good. A good breakfast (except coffee).
Now about the sad part. If it is stated that the room has a refrigerator / kettle / mini-bar, it does not mean anything: somewhere there is, somewhere there is not. We were a big company (several rooms), so I can responsibly declare. But worse than that: asking for something to give /bring / fix is useless. They promised us for 5 days, but they never did any of the promised things.
Previously, the hotel belonged to the Sheraton chain, so it was built and equipped at a good level. But when he left this network, the human factor intervened, and so. In general, do not expect good service (except cleaning). And the most unpleasant thing is that Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, and it does not work in the rooms.

Changing bathroom accessories is not systematic and selective. One day one thing will be brought, another day another, but not the fact... I ordered a room with a double bed, as a result, they put me in a room with 2 single beds, promising to move me the next day. But as everyone understands, this was done to distract the eyes. As I said, the staff is very polite. Of the 4 elevators, only 2 were working, which made it difficult to get down from the 14th floor in the morning.

Positive:

2. cooking - chefs cook well.
Minuses:
1. Disgusting Internet, from the word "absolutely".
2. Air conditioning systems (in halls) and air heating systems (in rooms) are not functioning.
3. Chemical treatment of water in the pool does not work properly, which is why the staff uses bleach in excess.

Nice hotel. There are free outdoor pools and saunas for residents. For a fee SPA. Nice restaurant. The rooms are spacious, with a good interior, but there are problems in the rooms: something will fall off, the tank does not work, the mattress is uncomfortable. It doesn't pull at 5 stars at all. The staff is very polite and pleasant. But the hotel itself is tired. The rooms are of course large, but require major repairs. Many of the outlets in the room did not work. Of the two workers, one worked only with the general light on. The windows do not open, but smoking is allowed in the rooms. Accordingly, you may get a smoky room. The door wouldn't close from the inside. There was only a chain, but there was no hook or anything. The sockets are far from the bed. The toilet is set high. There were not enough parts in the sink-there were just drain holes. It's like they just plugged the TV into an outlet and forgot to set it up. But the beds and pillows are comfortable and comfortable.
Breakfasts for 2. Not very diverse, vegetables are tasteless (and this is in September in Uzbekistan!). Plastic tomatoes, olives and olives are not the first freshness. Shakshuka with boiled yolk and cold. We were able to eat sausages and bread with butter and cheese from everything.

1st breakfasts: if you come later, towards the end of breakfast, then the tables are not cleaned, there are no glasses and mugs, there are no napkins on the tables, you need to constantly tell the waiters to clean, bring, etc. It's kind of very unpleasant. The advantages of breakfast, they cook an omelette, scrambled eggs, etc.
2nd, there are lemonades at the reception on the right, but not a single glass of clean around. It's already a direct mockery when you have to ask for a glass. I held a meeting downstairs in lobi, ordered coffee from their bar, and it never arrived.
The 3rd pool on the street is located directly opposite the restaurant, and this restaurant, as if it does not belong to the hotel ;). You know, it's not very pleasant to swim in front of the audience. The hotel administration, at least you will plant a hedge between or bushes. Create a backstage corner and it would be super.

As explained to us, if you want to pay half an hour earlier for a full day))) Jokers. The cost of the rooms is high, but many rooms have nuances. Somewhere a cheap shower hose is hanging out, pours water in all directions and does not fit an expensive faucet, in others the plaster has fallen off at the window in places, well covered with a curtain. All rooms are equipped with ONE bathrobe, one pair of slippers. We had a refrigerator, a safe, a tea and coffee set with an electric kettle. The higher the floor, the more beautiful the view, especially of the night city. The center, convenient location. The price includes access to the gym and SPA complex. Bathrobes and towels are clean, they are in the cells or you take them at the entrance yourself.
The staff is friendly, they work well.
Breakfast is a buffet, porridge, two types of soup, second courses and you can order scrambled eggs. The coffee machine is working intermittently. The staff in the hall is responsive. Desserts , fruits, etc.
Satisfying, delicious.
I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the lobby, and the ladies' room.

However, a significant minus is the cold in the room, I do not know whether I got one, or everyone did, but the air conditioner working at full power at 30 degrees did not warm at all (all modes were set correctly), even requests for help from engineers did not help. It is very cold from the window and during the night the room manages to cool down so that in the morning you wake up with dryness and sore throat. It is surprising that the staff did not know Russian. They settled in the third time: the electronic lock immediately broke in 1 room, the second one was smoked. Everything worked out 3 times.
Minus - the windows do not open at all: blind storefronts. A cherry tree was blooming on the street! I wanted the smell of spring in the room.
The air conditioner has not adjusted the temperature in the room. It just turned on.
Breakfast is meager and not hearty. All the hot dishes were cold, and the cook was absent from cooking the fried eggs. The coffee machine broke down and no one even bothered to put instant coffee on.
Water in the room, soap accessories too.
There are bicycles.

Good hotel price and quality, it was very good before the pandemic. Nice rooms, friendly staff, buffet breakfast with a good assortment.
In fact, the very center of Tashkent.
A gorgeous summer pool, a gym and a swimming pool inside the building.
Up to 2, 3 business trips per year (for me personally), if you take our company, then almost recently (3-4 years) we have been staying in it.
There was a breakfast malfunction in June 2021, the chef at the hotel was changed, two breakfasts were very poor.
I hope that the situation has leveled off now.
In general, I recommend it. I'm planning a business trip in May, most likely I'll stay there.

I've been visiting the pool at this hotel since I was 13, I really love it, but unfortunately for many years now - there are the same problems that don't solve.
I leave a review from the last visit:
1- when I first arrived at the pool, the guy standing at the reception in the pool told me we don't have any free sun beds, so you better not come in - we have a lot of people! I said no, show me - we entered the pool with him and there were several free sun beds... that is, I could have left and turned around after such words that there were no places and the pool would have been left without two more customers. But, I personally asked to show me that there are no sunbeds and they were, so I stayed
2- there are only 2 women's locker rooms and two of them have broken locks and handles (i.e. it is impossible to change clothes quietly). You undress with one hand, hold the door with the other.
And so it has been for 5 years.
3- there is also no lock in the women's restroom - accordingly, there is no chance that someone will not force you into it.
Plus, by 5 p.m., the toilet was completely closed and could not be used due to the fact that it could not be flushed (no water entered the barrel)
4- at 4 p.m., I went through and asked for the menu (several times) and it was never brought to me. At 6 o'clock, I went to look for a place to order food myself and was told that they no longer accept the order. The kitchen was already closed.
5- old renovation, nothing has changed over the years. The tiles have been falling off in the Jacuzzi for a long time.
At the same time, the entrance for men is 600 thousand, for women - 400 thousand, for children - 300 thousand.
I ask the management to take measures and eliminate technical problems in the women's locker room and conduct staff training in terms of service, because there are guys at the reception who do not understand their tasks at all.

Three stars and that's enough! When I decided to visit the pool, I was extremely surprised that the attendant let his friends in there. 9 people shouted and guffawed in their native language, they did not react to my remarks. Of course, I understand, we are guests... The rooms have double-glazed windows without vents, you will not be able to ventilate a breath of fresh air. In the middle of the room there is a desk, a lamp, reminiscent of the boss's office. No cutlery, no glasses, no cooler.... I don't recommend it for that kind of money!
