The clinic itself is basically good, everything is convenient, I really like the specialists in blood collection in the 24th office. BUT THERE IS ONE THING!!! When will the mess with doctor's appointments stop? What kind of business do we sign up for by the time if you come anyway and the crowd is sitting "one at a time and I just ask"?!! By appointment, there are 8 people at the time of the appointment, and 10 people are already sitting in the corridor. So it's okay, you sit at the doctor and the staff starts walking, everyone considers it necessary to ask something, and it doesn't matter to everyone whether the patient is dressed or not. Management, resolve this issue already

I don't understand the appointment procedure. First, we make an appointment with a doctor for a certain time, take a coupon upon arrival, then sit out the queue, as they take a live turn. And if you signed up in the morning, people who came earlier won't let you through. The doctor takes half an hour and sometimes does not have time to receive everyone. Please resolve this issue.
