This funeral service has employees with "spiritual boards" or psychics. Am I delirious with grief after losing my mom? No… They found out about her death before me... And called my father... The prices are 2 times higher... Unfortunately, I found out too late, after the scandal I knocked out a "discount" (that's what the director called it, unaware of the spread of personal data and the consequences of overpayment, in their opinion, a man who lost his wife 20 minutes ago can evaluate the price tags and judge sensibly(this is from an argument with an agent)!!!!)- 140 rubles, of course, still made money, but I can say one thing, if only I would not see this "honest" agency in my present and afterlife. It was possible to contact the police and the Consumer Rights council, as this is a blatant violation of consumer rights and the law. But as they are clearly cooperating with the authorities (the district police officer) and the ambulance, the maximum possible way was to refund most of the overpayment, but I repeat, it's not even about money, and it's terrible when the father did not have time to call his son before the funeral agent calls.…

I can't recommend this organization to anyone. Think a hundred times about whether they should be trusted to organize the burial of a loved one. The agent does not adhere to any standards of professional ritual ethics. They promise one thing, but in fact you get zero on the way out and insult the feelings of relatives and friends. They claim that they prepare the bodies for burial themselves and they have their own premises and morgues, but in fact they undignified the funeral and did not prepare the body of the deceased properly.
People .... double-check everything, write it down, or better yet, do it yourself... and save money and save your nerves....

There are a lot of complaints about inflated prices , everyone is talking about it, workers and the foreman of workers at the cemetery, in the shops of the organization of the state funeral service, in the Minsk city police and MARCH , everyone says there should be enough allowances for the burial of 2000 rubles., but! in Ritual.by you will count 3000 and more. The only plus is that they work clearly. Prices are overstated by 2-3 times. Do not confuse the city public service and the state . They earn money on the grief of people when you are in mourning and do not know what to do. Be careful!

Grief happened, they called this service. An employee (Igor Sergeevich Rozhkov) arrived at night and started organizing the funeral.
Upon arrival at the hall, they saw that the coffin, wreaths, and bed linen were not as ordered. I adjusted the amount in the contract to the size of the state allowance. I don't recommend working with him. And I advise you to double-check the documents three times when approving and paying! It's a shame to profit from someone else's grief!
