Our 16-year-old son was traveling with a friend from Batumi to Tbilisi last night. A friend became very ill and he asked to stop at a gas station to go to the toilet. The driver eventually refused, said he would drop them off with their belongings or let a friend endure another 2 hours of travel. My son's friend couldn't stand it anymore and they were dropped off in some village of the Forest at 3 a.m., where there is no toilet or shop. They tried to figure it out and refund the money for the trip, the support service is merging, no one is going to return the money. A 16-year-old teenager at 3 a.m. on the highway somewhere in an incomprehensible village in the center of Georgia, no buses, no minibuses, no trains, only hitchhiking. The guys hitched a ride for more than an hour at night, it's good that at least they managed to get back to Batumi. And where to spend the night, to eat and buy water where, where to go for children? We are on edge at night, how can we help them, we are in Tbilisi, there is no car…
What is the result?
1. At least no one is going to apologize, they respond sharply.
2. While the driver was dropping the children off at night in the village, looking for and taking out their luggage, the guy would have had time to go to the toilet and everyone drove on quietly. Was it possible to get into the position, set aside 2-5 minutes? I'm sure it is.
3. The driver dropped the minor off at night on the highway in a remote village.
4. We suffered great moral damage trying to help children at night in the center of Georgia on the highway
5. We have suffered significant financial losses: tickets, hitchhiking, additional costs for new tickets back, housing and food, a lot of time and nerves
6. The service was not provided in full, even in half the volume. After all, the children did not even reach Kutaisi.
7. The call center and the support service are using silly excuses to try to nullify our attempts to at least refund the money for the tickets
8. The child and his friend missed school
9. We have screened all correspondence, we will spend more time, nerves and money to prevent such cases from happening in the future.
‼️As many as 9 problems in just 3 hours of travel‼️
People, I sincerely advise you not to use the services. It's better to shake all the way in a minibus than to go with this company!!! Minibuses are more loyal to customers, and you can go to the toilet on request, they definitely won't leave children on the highway at night.

The ticket was purchased for a comfortable bus with amenities, not inferior to a train, except for the road on which the movement is carried out.
The company deceives customers by pointing out the toilet and much more among the amenities. There was a toilet, but it didn't work. During the 7-hour journey, there were 2 stops in need. The bus refused to stop at points other than those with which the company had agreements, and an employee of the company Luka deceived passengers that there were no toilet stops on the route, despite the fact that they were in large numbers. Be prepared that when this company brings you to a stop where you will be "provided" with amenities, you will have to pay in cash GEL to use them. No one will warn you about this. Another stop was at a gas station, where instead of amenities, I was greeted by a hole in the floor.
The bus arrived 1.5 hours late, despite the fact that it violated traffic rules by moving in lane 1, and flew along a 110km/h serpentine.
There was a negative impression left, both from the lies provided by the Luka employee, and from the lack of comfort along the entire route, and during stops for "rest".
We left our things in the car. We managed to contact the company's office via Google maps, and the staff in Tbilisi promptly found them and organized the transfer, for which we thank them very much!
Be careful when choosing tickets, check the availability of services on the official website of the carrier, as they provided false information for sale on a third-party service such as tutu.
