The hotel is very conveniently located, you can walk to the metro on foot, but most importantly, you can walk in 2-3 minutes to the emirates mall, where there are a lot of shops and a large karefour.The food at the hotel is average, but you will not be hungry, there are simple restaurants and small cheap shops nearby. We had a rest in January 2024.
I didn't like that the rooms were so small. And so, in general, the room is clean, well-groomed furniture, everything is clean in the bathroom.

Pros: The hotel has a wonderful location-near the mall, transport stops, metro, 2 Day-to-Day shops with low prices, Lulu and Corfour in the mall where you can buy ready-made food. We watched all the sights by taking the bus or metro. Nearby there are exchangers in a mall or supermarket.
The room was given on the ground floor, but we were checked in before 14 o'clock. We were on New Year's holidays-a lot of people both settled in and left.
There is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, 2 bottles of water-replenished during cleaning, a refrigerator, dental supplies in the bathtub.
The wifi worked great.
There is a TV with some Russian channels, but if we turned on the TV, then the Arabic channel with music.
The transfer to the beach was not used, I heard there were some difficulties-everything is in advance, you need to catch this shuttle. It's easier to take a metrobus and not get up early in the morning and come back whenever you want.

Cons: A lot of people in the restaurant for breakfast (we were at BB), queues and all the tables are occupied, there is a hall still in the back, but it is not visible, i.e. either run to look for places to take a table then stand in line and go with plates with the hope that it was not occupied or wander with full plates in looking for a place. there were times when we didn't go to breakfast anymore. So, a good inexpensive one (rooms 85-90$)a clean, tidy, small (14 floors) hotel.
They cleaned, changed towels, linen, added tea, coffee, and water. We did this every day on demand ("cardboard" on the door) A couple of times after cleaning, a manager came (like a manager) and asked if they had cleaned well.
They only took breakfast. Not a bad choice, a little bit of everything. The advice is to come earlier (before 8-8:30) there are not so many people.
The plane was at night, without question, the room was extended until 18:00 and 100 dirhams were paid.
4-5 minutes to the Mall and 6-8 minutes to go by metro through the mall.

A great hotel close to the metro and shopping center. The location is super. In the evening, we went to dinner at cafes on the next street at very pleasant prices. Breakfast was taken at the hotel. It was all very tasty. There is a swimming pool and a gym on the roof. The view from the roof is amazing. The room is clean and very quiet. None of the guests were heard at all. The hotel is generally good for your money! Clean rooms, though not large, cleaning on request, towels were changed daily + tea, coffee and water. Convenient location, friendly staff who answered all questions and helped. Breakfast + dinner is a buffet, but with a week's rest it gets boring, somehow monotonous. We rested from April 10 to April 18, just caught an abnormal downpour that took place on April 16, the lights were turned off in the hotels, the water is the only moment that overshadowed my vacation. A wonderful city hotel. There is a metro nearby, you can get to any side of Dubai. I liked the room, they asked for a higher one, they gave me the 14th floor, standard.
