We ordered the cleaning of a two-seater sofa, which is only a year old. There are no huge spots (which they all post on their Instagram and how cool they handle them), there are natural sweat stains on the roll-out bed, several spots up to 0.5-1 cm from food. We ordered it because the sofa is not cheap, it was made to order, made of microfibre, yellow, that is, to give it an initial fresh look, which, alas, did not happen. Firstly, there are already 9 cleaning stages on the site, including extractor drying, BUT there is no drying. Moreover, trying to Google already in fact what is extactor drying - Google does not know what it is. They just started ignoring it on Instagram, writing over and over again. As a result, neither the manager nor the master could explain what extractor drying is. Secondly, it is indicated that they have "local removal of complex stains", BUT after "cleaning" she immediately asked why the sweat stains remained unchanged, the spot spots remained in place, to which the answer is "well, as if it were a fabric, yes, they remained." So I'm sorry, I ordered a PROFESSIONAL cleaning for as much as 100 rubles, not so that everything would remain as it was. You are professionals, you have the equipment, the means, as I understand it, the knowledge, why were there no attempts to remove either spot spots or sweat stains? If you don't know how to clean, why didn't you tell me right away? They would have dispersed, and that's it, and if they really took up work, be kind so that I could see the result at all. The fact that there is dirty water in the bucket - so I didn't see what kind of bucket you had BEFORE cleaning. There would be at least some result if, in fact, they showed me that the water had become clean. I'm sure that if you pour it with that water again and pull it out, the same result will be. In general, I think that the service was rendered any way. What was promised does not correspond to reality. They do not issue a check, they do not issue a contract, in fact, after calls, they discount a tax check for the professional activity of an individual, well, that is, the office is not in business)) I do not advise you to contact here, because for that kind of money, I'm sure you can order 2 cleans elsewhere, including drying without cheating. I am attaching a photo of the "result".
By the way, after such cleaning, I cleaned almost all the spots on my own, without special equipment and professional tools.

Two craftsmen arrived, cleaning of the double mattress on both sides and cleaning of the single ottoman was ordered. They cleaned it somehow, on the "fuck off". Quickly, in 40 minutes, they did it and left. They also took 125 rubles instead of 120 rubles for no clear reason. And we are ready to pay extra for removing stains, for example. But they are not afraid of this dry cleaning, they sit quietly.
Upon request to the manager with photo evidence, we received an unsubscribe in response, saying that everything was done super, you have an excellent result, taking into account pollution, some stains are not removable, pros work with us, but here's a 15% discount on our services.
By the way, the "non—removable" stains are a children's ultra washable felt-tip pen, which I removed with a regular home remedy and sponge after the clinkers left. Without special equipment. The smell remained, the dirt remained (the clean parts of the mattress, where I cleaned with home remedy, look especially "cool" against the background of the rest of the dirt after dry cleaning)
We won't contact you again, thank you. We have dry cleaning experience elsewhere, and we know what a mattress looks like after dry cleaning.
