We wanted to clean the carpet, we called the numbers listed on the website and on Yandex, we got through to one number, a girl picked it up and said that we were in the wrong place, but they often call her and ask for dry cleaning (you didn't even bother to write the numbers correctly!!), no one picked up the rest of the numbers at all. We decided to come with the carpet ourselves to hand it over directly. It says on Yandex that they work until 19.00, on the website - until 20.00, on the door - until 18.00, and left at 17.00!!!!! We arrived at 17:10, there was no one, the neighboring office said that the girl had already said goodbye at 17.00 and left. IT's just AWFUL! No organization of work.
