1) The guard or who this person is is unclear. A real Vibe killer, if you come and ask him something, then expect a dissatisfied face and an answer in the style of "director's syndrome". The most unpleasant man who spoils the mood from the entrance to the institution.
2) There is no physical menu. When I asked the bartender if you had a menu, because I was uncomfortable using the phone, he replied no.
I was not offered any alternative, and when I said that it was somehow not customer-oriented. The answer is "YES!".
The waiter was very pleasant, helped with everything and told everything, but it no longer mattered, because the mood was already spoiled.
I really hope that your management will see this comment and have a conversation with the forwarded one. Because they spoil the reputation and mood of your guests!!!
