For many years, I have been servicing all cars in terms of air conditioning systems and autonomous heaters from them. The staff and employees are polite, positive, many have been working in the organization since the time of Tsar pea, when the Climate Factory was still located near Kazinets Street. They always do everything very quickly and explain what's what. I do not know the prices, I have not compared them with other organizations, since this one will definitely not refuel the air conditioner without eliminating the cause of the leak.

Refueling an air conditioner is not much more expensive than others. A candle was changed in the heater and its price is 4 times more expensive than it is sold on the Internet.

The review was written a couple of weeks after the repair in the service. Warm spring days came, which allowed us to evaluate the result of the master's work. Impressions are further in order.
The first contact was made by calling through the search for a suitable service station (Google was to help). The receptionist politely replied and recorded it on the nearest "window" for diagnosis. On the appointed day, the car arrived at the place. The interest was such - diagnostics and repairs. I have owned the car for 14 years. In the previous few years, the climate regularly failed before the season. Each time, the previous "personal" master "patched up the jambs" for a fee. And so it was repeated every spring. I'm tired of this "enviable" constancy. Therefore, I began to look for a specialized service in order, as they say, to feel the difference. So that for sure, and preferably with a guarantee. I went out to the guys without any recommendations from the outside. After he drove his ashes, the master called back a couple of hours later and presented the finished script. But the cost suddenly turned out to be 2 times higher than expected, since the dispatcher-administrator girl on the phone initially talked about other figures. In reality, it turned out that making a rear contour out of rubber hoses for my minivan would cost a normal amount of money.
Everything in the car should work as originally conceived by the engineers of the manufacturer - this has been my approach all these years. But the machine is getting old and I didn't want to invest in it endlessly. Maybe I'm already tired, even though I like this ride. In short, I'm just tired of paying and paying decent amounts every year for an unsolvable climate problem. And no one gave guarantees, they only advised to turn off the rear contour. And this is a "fiasco, bro." Traditions are being violated.
Getting back to the topic. Master Yuri called back and said that he had found new original rear contour tubes from suppliers at an excellent price. The repair eventually cost "plus or minus" for the money that I expected. In general, we worked well together and everything was fine with me. The master worked brilliantly, the car was ready on time. So, guys, I think I was lucky with the choice. It almost turned out to be an advertisement, but it's still my personal experience. I am telling you here first of all about my impressions of the skills of an employee of this organization. And I draw all conclusions after the fact. This is how the first acquaintance with the Climate Pro came out - without recommendations, without a "sundress", etc. I just trusted him, coming through the usual advertising. So, master Yuri likes for the work done and attentive attitude, and thanks to the service management for the receipt with seals, signatures and a guarantee. I wish you to continue to maintain a high level of skill. And even more great reviews and satisfied customers.

We sold an air conditioner pressure sensor from an unknown manufacturer worth 60p for 150p. + 30p. work! The cost of the original is 96 rubles.! No one agreed on the cost of the sensor before installation, the cost was found out only at the checkout. The result is 180 rubles. It's very similar to a divorce!

Обратилась с заменой радиатора кондиционера на Киа Рио + попросила доп.окраску нового радиатора, цены на услуги очень хорошие, и на запчасти тоже( предварительно мониторила около 7сто, цены на кондиционеры сравнивала с авторынком и спец.магазинами). Всё отлично,сделали за 1 день, только обращайте внимание до подписания акта о работе на вторую сторону листа, там сведения о сокращённом сроке гарантии, о котором вы узнаете ПОСЛЕ подписания первого листа, который вам даёт администратор для мгновенного подписания.

Обратился в КлиматПрофи по вопросу диагностики кондиционера.
В результате мастер быстро обнаружил утечку фреона из радиатора кондиционера авто PONTIAC VIAB, который требовал замены. В процессе ремонта произведена замена радиатора. Мастер старательно и качественно выполнил работы. Цена за услуги приемлемая. Впечатлентие от посещения этого сервиса приятное.
Спасибо за качественное и вежливое обслуживание. Рекомендую обслужить авто своей родственнице.

Обратился с необходимостью ремонта автохолодильника к грузовому автомобилю Мерседес. Предупредил что в холодильнике работает компрессор и вентилятор и скорее всего есть утечка хладоагента. Приняли, документов об приёмки не дали. Через пару дней (после моего звонка) заявили что у меня не исправен компрессор. Я от замены компрессора отказался. В итоге от них получил полуразобранный холодильник с неисправным компрессором (в чем я убедился подключив его к автомобилю). За так называемую диагностику с меня востребовали 20 рублей, чек не дали. Считаю это мошенничеством. Ущерб оцениваю в 800 белорусских рублей.

Не советую обращаться в «Климат-профи». На машине 2017 года, которая до этого обслуживалась на сервисном центре и имеется вся история до настоящего времени обратился в данную компанию с проблемой компрессорf на кондиционер. Предварительно его снял самостоятельно и отвез на ремонт. Починили, сразу заработало, дали гарантию на ремонт, действительную в течение месяца, заплатил 160 р. Через пару дней кондиционер перестал работать. Проверил заправку-фреон был, система была герметична. Приехал по гарантии, записали, сдал машину, вышел мастер проверил на герметичность, сказал, что проблема в компрессоре. В течение дня никто не отзвонился, набирал самостоятельно, но получал ответ: «перезвоните позже». Приехал самостоятельно, и тут начался цирк. Тот же самый мастер, который проверял на герметичность стал мне рассказывать историю про то, что фреона в системе не было, система негерметична, надо диагностика, скорее всего пропускает трубка. Итого 40р за снятие, 40 потом за установку, за диагностику и ремонт еще отдельная сумма (в зависимости от того, что найдут), ну и конечно же заправка фреоном (в среднем около 40р). Итого набегала сумма почти как стоимость нового компрессора. В итоге после разбирательств вернули деньги, но заправку фреона мне все равно надо будет потом платить самостоятельно. Но история на этом не заканчивается, позже обнаружил, что компрессор у меня 2013 года, а машина 2017 и имеется полная история с сервисного центра. НАСТОЯТЕЛЬНО НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ОБРАЩАТЬСЯ.

Ну двоякое такое впечатление, заезжал на диагностику кондея на 3 Сценике, отзвонились, сказали что трубку высокого давления надо паять, цена вопроса 450 р. Взял время на подумать. У людей узнал, что такое в городе в среднем 200 р. стОит. Отказался, попросив при этом, чтобы компрессор осмотрели визуально. Машину подняли и осмотрели. Компрессор визуально чист.
Попросил бумагу с указанием неисправности, дали, но только с указанием, что произведена диагностика, конкретики не было в документе. Сейчас отдал в другом месте за 200)), жду, а вдруг дело не в трубке?))
По итогу: сделали в другом СТО за 210 р. с заправкой.
Выводы каждый делает сам.

Делают хорошо,но дорого. Порой проще купить рабочий компрессор б/у за эти деньги. Не видя ещё компрессор озвучили стоимость 330р, так взяли. Чеки и гарантий не оформляются.
