We were in the ENT room today.Honey.my sister is rude, dissatisfied with her work, does not correspond to her professional activity, because washing my granddaughter's ear canals, she diluted the washing water with tap water in front of me. She was indignant at my granddaughter's question: "is the water warm?" - "Look how "smart" she is, don't teach me!" She didn't even have the necessary syringe, she doesn't even have an idea about Jeanne's syringe. It would have been better if I had gone to the polyclinic -9, where we were washed competently, consulted, etc. and there was no indignation. And the ENT doctor did not finish our appointment, saying that we should wait in the corridor and wanted to see the next patient. I want to express my special gratitude to honey.to Sister Bana Kaskyrbekovna for her sensitive, attentive attitude to her "little patients". She is always interested in the condition of her "patients".He remembers everyone even by name! Thank you and good health to her!

I donated blood on 06/19/24 There are 235 rooms on the 2nd floor. First, the veins on his right arm were damaged, which caused a terrible bruise. M/s said because my skin is white🤦🏽♀️ 06/26/24 it was necessary to donate blood for hormones, and since the injured arm and veins hurt, I gave my left arm. The vein swelled immediately after the needle was removed. Today is the 3rd day, my arm hurts, the bruise is terrible. It 's not the first time I donate blood, but there has never been such horror on both hands!!! Puts a catheter and turns away chatting with other m/s while blood is being drawn into the flask. I think I pierced my veins. How do they work like that?! And then they can find veins after such "blood sampling"!!!

An ordinary polyclinic. There are no long queues. You can make an appointment with a therapist by phone easily, they answer quickly. Parking is sad - everything is always packed. Both in the clinic itself and nearby, there is no ordinary pharmacy within a radius of 200-300 meters. In the clinic itself there is only a pharmacy, where medicines are given free of charge by prescription. There is also a buffet where you can buy good pies from 8-30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The bus stops wherever you have to. And to leave the clinic for a New building or to the city on bus route 13, you need to get to the train station, change to another bus. Why can't this route be used in the opposite direction?

The quality of the staff's work suffers, starting with the registry of the polyclinic, then something unimaginable happens. We make an appointment with an allergist, a week in advance, come on the appointed day and time, and at registration they face the fact that there is NO specialist today. Then the question is, how is the recording going?! Why is it that if a specialist does not go to work, basic patient calls are not carried out? And it would be fine if this was the only case. But it is not always possible to get to a therapist, even by appointment. Why is there such a disregard for people? It's a real hassle! I think it's worth writing a complaint to the city.zdrav!

The most terrible polyclinic in the history of Almaty. Most of the specialists are absent (optometrist, ultrasound doctor, dentist and others). Of those that are, they just don't want to work. Chronic tanzelitis has been going on for more than two years, but the therapist doesn't care, drink what you drink, drink an antibiotic won't help.
