First of all, I have already seen Elena Alexandrovna Dolmat here. An extremely intelligent, charismatic, and endearing doctor. I arrived, everything is fine, the girls at the reception are great, I got to the reception quickly.
My first impression of the doctor was good, but it quickly turned to irritation, as it turns out I was supposed to come to an appointment with my parent (it wasn't written anywhere and they didn't warn me, although the date of birth was indicated by me)
, then I went through a routine checkup, a survey, but at the end of the appointment I casually clarified that I had a possible allergy to one of the recommended antihistamines. as a result, the doctor openly and tactlessly hinted to me with a smile that I was a stupid teenager and she just wasted her time on me. They didn't give me the sheets with recommendations and diagnosis, but they didn't take the money either. I left the clinic with tears in my eyes, because the doctor's words hurt quite a lot. I called to make an appointment for an ultrasound, they called the cost, I came to the center, the administrators are not friendly (of course, this is an understatement, the administrator is trying to show his displeasure with your arrival), they sent me to the office, in the office during the procedure, the doctor and the nurse discussed outside topics, the inner life of the medical center, gossip and so on. After the procedure, the cost was named higher than when recording, I asked why, and in response, without hiding my displeasure, "how many photos do you have?" I'm writing as a husband!)
We went to a breast augmentation clinic. As it turned out, we also needed a facelift, the price came out to be 4k$ with a small tail (this is together with the implants, bought separately). Everything is fine, the price is good, because other clinics are more expensive.
The operation went well, and the staff's attitude was excellent.
After half a year +, the problems started.
The areola of each breast is different in diameter and by many. And it's hard to call it a diameter, because they don't look like a circle, but more like an 8-9 square.
In addition, there were large scars after the operation and we were advised at the clinic to remove them for a fee, but not from them, but in another place, probably, we could earn money from this (although it is possible, if something goes wrong, that is, to jump on someone).
And it's not a big problem, and we paid for it without any questions.
But my breasts started to sag after half a year and we were brought under control. We went to see them several times. And as a result, a year + after the operation, we were told that we needed another operation to lift and adjust. Good.
The doctor said he would try to arrange with the management that we would be charged for anesthesia, supplies and rehabilitation, and the rest would be from the clinic. Not a question. And we don't take into account the time spent traveling from another city and how rehabilitation goes and the fact that we have to go through it again!
A couple of days later, the answer came:
"The cost of the operation will be 5740 rubles, 470 rubles will be paid separately. 1st hour, 370 rubles for each subsequent hour (about 2-3 hours are needed). The day of stay in the clinic is 180 rubles. Supplies are about 300 rubles."
And this is with another 30% discount!!!
If someone does not believe, then I can throw off a screenshot of the correspondence.
Yes, I was ready that I needed a lift and an adjustment from the time, BUT not in a YEAR!!!
It's very unpleasant, money has been paid, time has been spent, besides rehabilitation is hard, and now there are additional costs and not small and in just a year!!!

The appointment did not begin with collecting anamnesis, complaints with which she came, but rewriting the results of ultrasound of the thyroid gland (a node was found) with which she came. The tests were carried out in silence, without delving into the problem, and it was said that there was nothing wrong. The examination consisted of thyroid palpation and pressure measurement. No recommendations were given. Complete indifference to the patient on the part of the doctor. It is understandable when you encounter such an attitude in a regular clinic, but this is a paid service for a moment.... And in fact, that's how I would go to the clinic (for free), that I would pay money for the same treatment). I'm very disappointed....

I did a cytoplasty at the Clinic in Uruchye! My story: I suffered from rhinitis and dependence on vasoconstrictive drops from the age of 10, then endless sinusitis and headaches were added by the age of 18… I tried many times to cancel vasoconstrictors with the help of harmon (mometasone), but it turned out before the first runny nose, and then I could not do without c / constricting drops at all and by the age of 26 (2019) decided on septoplasty with vasotomy. Without studying the issue, I trusted the doctor at the state hospital, but this is a completely different story ... (the operation was unsuccessful), although at first I felt an improvement (apparently from vasotomy), but the septum remained curved, which in the future (after covid from 2021) made itself felt ((( sinusitis returned only more severe - with lesions of the facial nerves - this made me go for surgery again, but this time I took the issue more seriously and found the best doctor in my field - Elena Ivanovna Korzhenevich!!!! I was here for an egds+colonoscopy under sedation. A good doctor, an excellent male anesthesiologist. I can't judge how the research was done, because I was asleep at that moment. But they did not confirm the diagnosis made earlier at Semashko and later at Lode, although they did a multi-stage biopsy.
My stomach still hurts, the problems are still the same, although, based on the examination, this cannot be)
There was a very unpleasant moment when I moved away from sedation and went to pay for the service. The amount has doubled from the originally stated amount. Fortunately, I had the currency with me, but I had to run to the exchanger, which is not close at all.
I will undergo research elsewhere to understand whether the diagnosis was made correctly here (or rather, they wrote that everything was fine), since my problem remains with me. And based on their conclusions, a gastroenterologist cannot prescribe any treatment for me...

It's been about two weeks since Elena Ivanovna Korzenevich's appointment, and now I'm ready to share my impressions.
Since childhood, I have dreamed of rhinoseptoplasty and have been looking for "my" surgeon for years. I reviewed a lot of works by different specialists, but for some reason I settled on Elena Ivanovna. Perhaps a good SMM specialist of the clinic played a role, who skillfully provides information on Instagram.
I signed up for a consultation and was looking forward to it — it seemed like my dream was about to come true. But everything went wrong from the very first minutes.
I didn't expect to be carried just because I came to a paid clinic. But rudeness, manipulation (yes, manipulation!) and being treated like a "teenage idiot from an alley" is too much.
Here are some examples:
- They were rude to me for a simple question about 3D modeling and almost kicked me out of the office with the words: "Go to another doctor!"
- When I started turning myself on the photo platform (because they didn't explain to me that it was controlled from a remote control), I was bullied again.
And that's just what I remember the most.
I came for a paid consultation, but I felt like I was taking up the doctor's personal time. Every detail of the future operation had to be literally torn out with pincers.
I've never had rhinoseptoplasty or any surgery at all, I don't know all the nuances, and instead of clear explanations, I got annoyed and condescending.
I was walking with the hope of fulfilling my dream, and I was faced with the worst medical treatment in my entire life. Even in the state polyclinic in my small town, the doctors behaved much more professionally.
Someone will say, "What difference does it make how a doctor communicates if he is a good specialist?" But no! A surgeon is not an automaton for correcting noses. I need to be connected to him, because I will trust him with my face, health and emotional state. And to tolerate neglect, manipulation and rudeness is unacceptable.
I don't know why this doctor has so many laudatory reviews. Maybe I was unlucky? Or are negative reviews simply deleted?

I applied to this Clinic for an ultrasound of the kidneys. I called in the morning, it was possible to come to the reception by lunch. The room is really well done, at the reception they suggested where to go and told everything. An appointment with Dr. Chizhu S.A. was very glad to see a representative specialist, even thought that it was great, lucky!!! But after they checked my kidneys at the end of the procedure, got up from the couch and sent me to the corridor, I asked how my 7 mm kidney Stone was doing??? About whom there was nothing said at all during the examination. The doctor was surprised and sent me back for an examination and where he really saw him after my so-called hint. I was very upset. The first impression can be deceptive. But the payment was taken without any interruptions. That's the kind of story it turned out to be. Good health to all.
