While we were in Astana, we ate only in these establishments.
The soups were delicious, and the bread was amazing.
The chicken in sweet and sour sauce is wonderful.
The Dairy Girl dessert is just amazing, I still remember it.
The staff is competent and very polite.
All in all, it's a great place.

Today I decided to stop by this place (Coofee Boom on 9 Saraishyk Street) and have lunch at the same time.
I made an order, after asking how long the dish would be cooked, they said it would take 20 minutes. It takes more than the allotted time and the neighbors who came 15 minutes later, the food was brought in 10 minutes. There is no limit to indignation ((( only after I approached the administrator and made a remark, the dish was brought in 5 minutes, as a result, I waited for more than 40 minutes. The result is a spoiled mood and being late for work.
Recommendation:
If you see that the order is delayed, inform the customer about it, or offer a dish that is prepared faster.
The guard at the entrance, not knowing the filling of the hall, says that there are no seats, and after that, when you say that there are, he says he did not see ((( - it is better for him to look more closely at the filling or not to tell the customers anything.
p.s. The waitress girl did a great job, offered to close the account on her own as compensation, but I refused because I do not see her fault in this, she is an employee herself.
I hope my comments will be taken into account, as the establishment is not bad.
