The desserts are delicious. But there is no organization between bakeries and coffee shops. I ordered a cake for the event a day in advance, and due to a malfunction of the bakery, they could not arrange delivery. And they didn't even try to get into the situation. It seems to me that this is nonsense for such a high level of this institution.

This review was hatched for a year and a half, but it is impossible to tolerate further. This place is a real mystery of catering. Guys, dear, dear, tell me a secret: why are you so slow? Seriously. I don't understand. Why are there four of you at the bar, boarding at the institution is at most 50%, but at the same time you ask to wait 5-6 minutes just to order a takeaway coffee? What task are you performing while cruising around the rack in slow Brownian motion? I've been coming to you for a year and a half, but I still didn't understand why an employee could get a dessert from the window, look at it carefully for 15 seconds and put it back. What for? Are you afraid that you have been replaced?
Another mystery. How is it that at any time! – the time and at any landing for some kind of food can be counted at best not earlier than 20 minutes? You're not a restaurant. You're a coffee shop. Coffee shop! Waiting for a hot sandwich even for 20 minutes is an absolute overkill. Are you growing wheat for him, or what? Good. Let's say it's a very complex molecular sandwich, and the kitchen can't cope. But if she can't cope, then make the menu so that she can cope. You also have an understanding of the device of the working area, technological maps. You can really evaluate your capabilities.
At the end – the greatest mystery. How can a coffee shop open at 10 am? Why, why? Why do you start making coffee when everyone is already at work? Aah, my God, tell me about your business model!
Guys, with all due respect to the employees of the restaurant and coffee sector: you can't do that. With the amount of work that you do slowly, in other institutions, the staff of a third less copes. And it does it faster. By the will of fate, I am closely familiar with 5-6 establishments here and in Russia, I know how the processes in the kitchen are arranged. Looking at how you, like ocean liners, slowly maneuver around the hall, the owner of any of them would give each a healing impulse of kinetic energy.
Such things may take place the first couple of weeks after the opening of the institution, but so that, years later?
Maybe at the beginning of the shift, the whole team should drink a double espresso?

I really don't like the service in this coffee shop, the baristas are constantly standing in a bunch, whispering, discussing visitors, when I asked to add sugar immediately to the milk, before heating, they showed me with their finger that here is sugar and stir yourself! Although I like not to mix the layers of milk and coffee. Very unpleasant atmosphere, no matter how much I like the taste of coffee here, I don't want to come back because of the behavior of the staff. I hope that the management will notice my feedback and solve this situation

I am very disappointed with the service of the coffee shop in the shopping center Castle
I was at the institution at 20:50, but when my turn came it was already 21:00
I wanted to order a salad, but they told me that the kitchen was no longer working, because it works until 21:00
The cashier, Alexandra, told me in a rude manner that the order for salad could not be accepted at 21:00, much less at 21:01, since the cook had to go to the store…
I'm 100 percent disappointed.
So a late dinner at this place is a bad idea.

I will not rate this place as a cafe, much less a restaurant. This is a place for the realization of very tasty desserts and good pastries with the opportunity to drink delicious coffee or interesting tea. In this category, this is a great place. If you manage to take a comfortable chair (not in a draft), then you can spend 30-40 minutes "on the phone" drinking a drink with great pleasure. Dessert with pecans, excellent!!!

Of course, the kitchen in Belarus is on fire, but this cafe is just lovely. Everything is fresh and really tasty. Separately, I want to note that the breakfast menu is valid all day (you never know at what time I woke up on vacation or on a business trip, it's convenient).
