We have been here twice while visiting Minsk. Each time, they did not disappoint. The desserts were fantastic - great cheesecake. The lattes were great as well.

We spent 3 days in Minsk and this is the best place we managed to visit. Beautiful, cozy, delicious! And coffee, and desserts, and food from the menu. I especially liked the French omelette with shrimp, bruschetta, pecan cake and raff. If we visit Minsk again, we will definitely visit!

Nice place, cool design, delicious coffee and delicious food, BUT!!! We arrived at 8 a.m. for breakfast, made the order at 8.10, received the dishes only at 8.47! The Norwegian breakfast is just a scramble, chopped vegetables, salad and a couple of pieces of salmon, i.e. the cooking time is well 5 minutes at most, but in fact the waiting time is more than half an hour, with an empty hall. It was like they went to the store to buy each ingredient separately. In general, something needs to be done with the kitchen, buy them some pills to cheer them up... The waitress was very nice, by the way.

A great place, beautiful aesthetic interior, dishes and decoration. The food is sooo delicious, one of the coolest benedicts I've ever tasted!
The toilet won my heart, all with care for the guests: in addition to standard accessories, there are several deodorants, hygiene products, cotton swabs, a roller for cleaning clothes, hand cream, etc. Everything is clean and tidy.
Perhaps the only disadvantage is the location of the tables, some are very close in a row and the feeling of privacy is lost. But otherwise everything is great.

I would like to mention pumpkin fritters separately, I have never eaten more delicious fritters! Nice and friendly staff. Interesting and stylish design. Convenient location near the train station (I was passing through Minsk) and was happy to pass the time))

I recently had lunch at the Coffee Embassy and was completely impressed by the cuisine and impeccable service. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel at home. I especially liked how Polina, the very friendly and helpful receptionist, greeted us. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is wonderful. They will always help and serve you well. In general, I really liked everything!

A beautiful and delicious place. The service is at a high level. The food, especially the breakfasts, is delicious for everyone. Of the desserts, I like chocolate almond tart because it is flour-free. The price level is average in the city. The toilet is clean, there is hand cream (it is convenient and important).

It's a beautiful place! Everything matched up: the food, the service, the interior, and the playlist. So far, the most delicious latte has been here. Separately, I would like to note the availability of hygiene products in the toilet – it's nice, a gesture of caring for visitors. I will definitely come again!

No matter which "branch" of the Coffee Embassy I visit, I am 100 percent confident in the service. I see your place and I confidently go there, I lead my friends.
What I would especially like to note:
- in no restaurant/cafe/coffee shop in Minsk do they ever ask me if my coffee is hot enough (and I always ask for boiling water), and they certainly don't offer to redo it if it's not hot enough. I've already been offered this in different places two times for sure. That's a wow for me!
- the staff greets you, even if you walk past the cash register to your table. It's a small thing that's not a small thing at all. Very nice! And it says a lot.
- your waiters seem to come to some kind of special school of service, because even in top restaurants it's not always like that (!)

The service is based on this (!!!) at the same time, it is not at all cloying, not artificial, in general, ideal - it is worth a lot.

P.S. No matter how it sounds, but the toilet often says more about the institution than the entrance group. For example, at Marx 6, even soap and cream are signed, very clean, deodorant and all sorts of girly things are available. You won't find it in every top restaurant. Bravo!

Awesome coffee, the best I've ever tasted, 10/10
The food is great too. Whatever we order, everything is delicious!
The service is excellent, it is clear that they like their work
The dishes are comfortable, which is also important, there are no problems with hot mugs
The atmosphere is cozy, more secluded in the morning, there are already a lot of people closer to lunch, but there is no huge noise and Din, everything is quite calm, an important factor is music, which makes this atmosphere such. The design corresponds to the full style.

It's a great place for both the interior and the kitchen. The menu is not small, there is plenty to choose from. A wide variety of drinks. The price tag is more than acceptable, the staff is polite, I definitely recommend it.

An amazing place for breakfast, the best in Minsk, where we managed to visit. The guys are just lovely, they work like a wonderful well-coordinated team, caring for the guest in every action, sincere smiles, a desire to help. The food and desserts are very tasty, the serving is fast and the interior is very cozy. I liked everything very much!

Coffee Embassy and their pastry shop are amazing! The excellent Basque cheesecake with its dense and very delicate curd texture made my morning really delicious! This dessert has no sand base and looks like a Curd casserole - you can easily recognize it)

I really love this coffee shop. Everything I've tried here is consistently good and delicious. I like desserts, coffee, and other more "serious" dishes from the menu. The staff is also always very friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere is cozy, and the veranda is also pleasant.

New Embassy - new love! What a wonderful interior (slightly lighter tones than in other coffee shops). What an amazing staff we have recruited, a wonderful team! As usual, it should not be attached to the product.

It's an interesting place. The girls and I decided to have a bachelorette party and meet for breakfast, there are 8 of us, Tuesday is 12.00, and there are literally a couple of empty tables on the terrace and that's it)
We took two at once and asked us to deliver the third one) The waiter is wonderful, polite, attentive! Coffee prices from 7 rubles, breakfast dishes from 13-15 rubles. It was delicious to me, I gave 22 rubles for a cappuccino (small) and a bowl with chicken, while the water is served for free)
A wonderful place in the center! I recommend it)

No one greeted at the entrance, the staff communicates with each other in the hall and, apparently, with their friends from the visitors. There's no one at the counter, they don't pay attention to you. 2 stars only because the rest of the places in this network have never left the impression that you are a stranger at this holiday of "your own". I hope the situation will improve in the future, but for now I went to a nearby trusted place for coffee. Fortunately, there are more than enough of them around.
