I was cycling home from work and wanted to drink coffee, I saw this nice place and most importantly a terrace with beautiful wooden tables and chairs in the shade (it was hot and I thought, this is a great place where I'm going to rest now) I was on my bike, I wanted to grab a coffee and sit on the terrace, why would I take a plastic disposable cup if I'm not going to leave. But the barista said they don't let the dishes go outside :) I said I'll drink it and return the cup, you don't even have to go out. To which they refused me again. There was 1 person in the coffee shop. Not that I was too upset, I went to another more friendly place, but the sediment remained) P.S.
