Kupala 21, 16.12.I work at the Veterans' Palace. I will often buy coffee.
Yesterday was the first day of work, I bought coffee with sour milk. At 18:47, I went to show the coffee to the barista, she confirmed that the milk was spoiled. I asked to replace the coffee, to which I received a reply that it was already closing. The next day, in the morning, I went to her to buy coffee, reminded her of the situation, but no one offered to replace me. I bought coffee, the milk is good, the sediment is sour.
I love your network, but I will ask you to be more customer-oriented.

Very tasty coffee at reasonable prices. It is a pity that there are few offline places where you can sit. Although I understand that the scheme with "takeaway coffee" is beneficial to everyone)
