Regular breaks of "10 minutes" that last indefinitely. I came in today- it was closed. I waited for 25 minutes, and the 10-minute break is still going on.

I really love this chain of coffee shops and takeaway outlets, but a lot depends on the barista. Let them have a well-thought-out seasonal menu a hundred times, different coffee shops will produce different drinks to taste. Daria, a great barista, works at this point. The coffee makes delicious and she is very friendly and sweet. It's always nice to come in and get something delicious to drink. If anything, she is always ready to suggest a good combination of drinks and syrups and just navigate the menu.
