I confirm that the barista was not there, and after 10 minutes of waiting, she returned, saying that she was closing for lunch and would not accept the order.
It's very unpleasant, of course, considering that I only wanted to order green tea - it takes less than a minute of time.

I don't know what they hold on to if the employee is never in place. And often there are no ingredients for making a drink. We go to the center all the time, but I won't go to the coffee shop anymore. It's just not interesting to come 9 times out of 10 and it's closed there. Moreover, so many people come and report in the absence of an employee. This is how much profit the institution loses. It's a pity that everything is like this, because the drinks are really delicious.
