Every time I was there, it was quite noisy and crowded, and the music was far from quiet. Therefore, the institution has its own shades of mood and charisma, I was satisfied with the service, but this is not a quiet backwater for recreation. This is a place to sit and chat. The prices are not the most affordable, but there is Wi-Fi. The seats are hard, but that's what the calculation is. The interior is nice and pleasant. However, the toilet is a mess. The barista is a polite girl. Fast service. But the toasts are not tasty, with a taste of burnt toaster wiring, a lot of sauce, you can't even taste the filling. The raf is too sweet, you can't even taste the coffee. We were a company of four people — everyone was disappointed.

The interior is nice, the place is quiet. We ordered cocoa and sweet Americano toast. Natural cocoa is bitter (as we were told), so we chose Nesquik. The toast was not delicious, very thin bread and a lot of jam, the cocoa was semi-cold. And we paid 9.5 rubles for the order, I think the prices are sooo high for this. By the way, you can buy excellent hot chocolate in Madrock for 5 rubles) Definitely we will not come here anymore.

Good place, good staff.
I have been visiting since the summer of 2018. Recently, the attitude towards customers has changed dramatically for the better.
I'm updating it in 2020:
The coffee is still good, one of the best in the city, but if you have a goal to have a snack and wash it all down with coffee, then personally I would go to a McDuck and do it all for a lower price.
But if the goal is to go specifically for coffee, then the choice is for CT.
C&T, it's time to deal with toast prices. Two rubles for a piece of bread with a thin layer of jam is nonsense, especially considering the competition in the neighborhood.
