I ordered a milkshake, 6-7 people came after me, waited about 20 minutes, apparently they just FORGOT about me, as soon as I reminded them, they turned on the machine, I think I would have stood even longer if I hadn't said

The attitude is just disgusting, they don't know what is available and what is not, they just threw an order on the counter like a dog and that's it. There is no desire to return from the word at all. They showed with their whole appearance that we were not welcome here.
