Dear administrators of this coffee shop, I ask you to pay your attention to this, as it is not right to refuse a customer 10 minutes before closing. The coffee takes 3 minutes to cook, there was no queue.
I was disappointed, because there was enough time to prepare the order. I wonder how often this happens, and do you have a policy that allows this?
I expect that this will be taken into account in the future to avoid similar situations.
