One of the best and most convenient coffee shops in Minsk. Some of the lowest coffee prices, plus constant promotions and a fairly strong point system. In short, there would be more of them in Minsk, then it would be good, but in the meantime, if there is a choice, I will choose cofix because of the price / quality

I went into a coffee shop to eat and work. I ordered a sandwich and water for myself, not only was there only 3 slices of bread in the sandwich and I had to eat a triple sandwich, stuffing it into my mouth. There was one of the visitors and it was logical that the staff would communicate with each other, but it was so loud that I had to put on headphones
The last straw of my patience was the stories about shit and nonsense that one of the three employees shouted
At that moment, I turned to the barista and the girl noticed my obviously surprised look, but they continued to yell at the whole hall.
I do not recommend visiting, the disgusting atmosphere and attitude towards visitors!!!

I visited this institution today, the impression is very negative. Firstly, the inside is very dirty, the floor is dirty, the tables are sticky, and there is an unpleasant smell. I understand that this is a fairly crowded place since there is a car and a train station nearby, and the flow of people there is quite large, but it is necessary for at least minimal staff to monitor cleanliness and neatness. I ordered a piece of snickers cake and a cappuccino. The cake turned out to be so stale that it was impossible to bite it off, I had to throw it away. I can't say much about coffee, since I'm not a coffee lover, for me it was standard in taste.
I strongly recommend that you pay attention to the cleanliness of the establishment and monitor the freshness of cakes, puffs, etc. sold on the counter.

Hello, I'm writing without negativity, just informing you so to speak) We came to the cafe and decided to ask the cashier about drinks. When asked about the size of the drink, he clearly pointed to the cups that stand on the counter, when asked to add caramel syrup, he said that it could only be added if you took orange slices (although before that he asked if we needed di ori and the answer was negative) but okay, maybe this is an innovation in the world of additional prozhazh. There are also many questions about the price list in the menu. Why is it so expensive to add alternative milk? 4 rubles is the price of almost an entire bottle in the store, not even wholesale. The barista was wearing headphones and there were a lot of drinks on the recoil, but, no doubt, it turned out very tasty.
I also didn't really like the fact that there is a cash register next to the place where they give drinks and make some sandwiches. There are pieces of bread with spread on an open surface, and lettuce, tomatoes and so on are scattered nearby.
In general, cofix positions itself as a proven network with high standards, but unfortunately standards are not respected everywhere. It's a weekday, noon, when there aren't many people, and 2 people on shift can't cope. Perhaps we need to put another person in, or optimize the work. Thanks)

I was at your coffee shop yesterday at 21:30. The coffee and lemonades are delicious, but the service from the barista is low.
1) Did not greet.
2) When ordering, I apparently made a reservation and instead of one lemonade, she punched 2. She did not repeat the order.
3) I noticed it when I had already paid. I pointed this out, to which I saw a dissatisfied face and the fact that "we do not make a refund," although in my opinion it can be done anywhere.
4) Didn't say goodbye.
For the first time in two years, I didn't leave a tip for a person.
Please do not punish the employee, she may have had a difficult day, but I recommend having a conversation.

We were here on 28.03. We ordered coffee with a friend using alternative milk, the order was repeated twice. After tasting the coffee, we realized that it was based on cow's milk, and asked the barista to replace the drink with the previously announced one. To which, the barista who was making coffee allowed herself a boorish attitude towards us and reluctantly began to redo the order. Also, the receipt stated that two cappuccinos should be made with coconut milk. As a result, we had to pay again for coffee with alternative milk.
I do not recommend it!

I understand everything, there should be a break too, to eat, go to the toilet, and smoke in the end, but when a person just sits on the phone, I don't understand it. Отличная кофейня по соотношению цена/качество. Хороший кофе, небольшой, но выбор десертов есть. Очень вкусный ролл и сэндвичи. Обслуживают приятные девушки.
Около 12 часов дня бывает много студентов, из-за этого большая очередь, но места обычно все равно есть.
А так довольно удобно сидеть работать, заниматься своими делами, хоть музыка и окружающие люди чутка мешают. Тут уж наушники спасают)

Very impolite staff. They wanted to go in for a delicious coffee, but at the entrance, a barista resting with his girlfriend swore, saying they were tired, they had to work and took the order with a terribly dissatisfied look. The coffee was also not delicious at all, which I can't say about other Cofix outlets.
Unfortunately, they really spoiled the mood.

Кофе вкусный, Фирменные напитки люблю, еще нравится, что постоянно меняют их и можно попробовать разного (как и во всех сетях)

ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНАЯ КОФЕЙНЯ! Сегодня зашли с одногруппницей за кофе и за едой, так как дико хотели кушать, а другие места ещё были закрыты, в итоге остались максимально недовольны : роллы были с прокисшей колбасой и абсолютно пресные, а сендвичи были как будто попырсканы антисептиком вперемешку с привкусом плесени, кофе же был горький и с обильным количеством пены, что испортило вдвойне наше и без того не очень хорошее настроение) Не советуем к посещению данное заведение, так как то, что там делают, непригодно для человеческого организма.

Хороший кофе, недорогой.
НО!:
Уже не в первый раз наблюдаю что в приеме, приготовления и выдачи заказа работает один человек. Соответственно постоянно очереди из минимум 3х человек. Один бариста физически не успевсет обслужить всех вовремя, и вместо 5 минут, ты ожидешь 10-20. Сдедайте пожалуйста с этим что-нибудь .
