I went into a coffee shop to eat and work. I ordered a sandwich and water for myself, not only was there only 3 slices of bread in the sandwich and I had to eat a triple sandwich, stuffing it into my mouth. There was one of the visitors and it was logical that the staff would communicate with each other, but it was so loud that I had to put on headphones
The last straw of my patience was the stories about shit and nonsense that one of the three employees shouted
At that moment, I turned to the barista and the girl noticed my obviously surprised look, but they continued to yell at the whole hall.
I do not recommend visiting, the disgusting atmosphere and attitude towards visitors!!!

I ran to a psychologist, so I didn't really notice right away, or rather, suspicions crept in, but I didn't have time to go back. And you never know, maybe it just seemed like the coffee was somewhere at the bottom. But now my "raf" has cooled down, half of the glass has been drunk, and I finally realize that there is definitely no coffee in my glass. A cup of cream for the price of a couple of packs, thanks, I could go to any other store for this. I'll probably avoid this coffee shop from now on.

One of the best and most convenient coffee shops in Minsk. Some of the lowest coffee prices, plus constant promotions and a fairly strong point system. In short, there would be more of them in Minsk, then it would be good, but in the meantime, if there is a choice, I will choose cofix because of the price / quality

I visited this institution today, the impression is very negative. Firstly, the inside is very dirty, the floor is dirty, the tables are sticky, and there is an unpleasant smell. I understand that this is a fairly crowded place since there is a car and a train station nearby, and the flow of people there is quite large, but it is necessary for at least minimal staff to monitor cleanliness and neatness. I ordered a piece of snickers cake and a cappuccino. The cake turned out to be so stale that it was impossible to bite it off, I had to throw it away. I can't say much about coffee, since I'm not a coffee lover, for me it was standard in taste.
I strongly recommend that you pay attention to the cleanliness of the establishment and monitor the freshness of cakes, puffs, etc. sold on the counter.

I was at your coffee shop yesterday at 21:30. The coffee and lemonades are delicious, but the service from the barista is low.
1) Did not greet.
2) When ordering, I apparently made a reservation and instead of one lemonade, she punched 2. She did not repeat the order.
3) I noticed it when I had already paid. I pointed this out, to which I saw a dissatisfied face and the fact that "we do not make a refund," although in my opinion it can be done anywhere.
4) Didn't say goodbye.
For the first time in two years, I didn't leave a tip for a person.
Please do not punish the employee, she may have had a difficult day, but I recommend having a conversation.

We were here on 28.03. We ordered coffee with a friend using alternative milk, the order was repeated twice. After tasting the coffee, we realized that it was based on cow's milk, and asked the barista to replace the drink with the previously announced one. To which, the barista who was making coffee allowed herself a boorish attitude towards us and reluctantly began to redo the order. Also, the receipt stated that two cappuccinos should be made with coconut milk. As a result, we had to pay again for coffee with alternative milk.
I do not recommend it!

When I asked about the order, he said he was on a break. I understand everything, there should be a break too, to eat, go to the toilet, and smoke in the end, but when a person just sits on the phone, I don't understand it. An excellent coffee shop in terms of price/quality ratio. Good coffee, small, but there is a choice of desserts. A very tasty roll and sandwiches. Nice girls serve.
There are a lot of students around 12 o'clock in the afternoon, because of this there is a long queue, but there are usually places anyway.

They wanted to go in for a delicious coffee, but at the entrance, a barista resting with his girlfriend swore, saying they were tired, they had to work and took the order with a terribly dissatisfied look.
