I recently visited the Kofix coffee shop and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere here is just wonderful, very cozy and comfortable, which creates a great mood for communication and work.
I would especially like to mention Roman's employee. He is very polite and helpful, always ready to help with the choice of a drink and suggest something new from the menu. Roman creates a friendly atmosphere and does everything to make the guests feel comfortable.
The coffee at Kofix is also top notch. Drinks are prepared with a soul and served with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste.
If you haven't been to Codex yet, be sure to check it out. Not only will you get excellent coffee, but you will also enjoy pleasant communication with wonderful employees such as Roman. I recommend it to everyone!

Today I noticed the action: "when buying coffee M donat for half the price," that is, everything goes for 6 rubles. I went into a coffee shop on Pobediteley Avenue 7 (next to the gallery) and ordered a hot Cappuccino M. The order automatically amounted to 6p, so I thought they would give me a donation immediately with ready coffee. But no. I stood for a while, waited and asked the barista about it. He said that it was necessary to say immediately when placing an order that a combo was needed. I told him about the cost, to which I received the answer "it automatically calculates for me." And it turns out that I bought M coffee for 6p (instead of 4.5p) and did not receive my donation! Okay, that's fine, the problem is something else. Other people who have no idea about this promotion and just order coffee also fall for this trick. Without noticing, they pay 6p for coffee. And it turns out that the coffee shop is actually robbing customers, saving on desserts. It's a shame(

We stopped by today, around 12 o'clock, with a friend at the kofix on nemiga to get a refreshing drink. Orange bumble was selected in the seasonal drinks section.
During the preparation of our drinks, we accidentally saw that not only orange juice was added there, but also many other ingredients.
As a result of the preparation, we clarified the composition with the seller Anna. Having listed coffee (which I can't stand) and grapefruit juice (which my friend is allergic to) in the composition, we clarified with Anna why the composition of the drink was not indicated anywhere, to which we received the answer "our customers know what they are ordering."
The question arises, how do new customers know that not only orange juice, but also other ingredients are hidden behind the "orange bumble".
When we offered to replace these drinks with something from the menu at the same price, we received a response: "you chose these drinks yourself."
After much indignation on our part, we were not offered a single solution to this problem.
Wasted time and money.

The answer was - very tasty. So my review matches. I have never tasted worse desserts in Minsk.Apparently, dried booms were specially collected throughout the capital especially for the holiday. There are a lot of people-they buy everything. Cappuccino is almost without coffee, as, indeed, almost everywhere now. I will try not to visit this cafe in the future and I do not advise anyone.

We stopped by to buy coffee and something sweet. As a result, the purchased bun turned out to be not just not the first freshness or cherished, but stone, even if you break the table. The bartender girl didn't even blink when she took the dessert from the window and had the conscience to sell her this inedible piece that would break her teeth. Of course, the money was returned with a dissatisfied and uncomprehending face, but what's the point of that. Bumble turned out to be the most tasteless in the city, as if it is diluted 1 to one with water, tasteless, the same situation with cappuccino: it would seem how you can spoil even this, but it turns out you can. In short, if you want to be sold spoiled or hard desserts or drink tasteless coffee without a twinge of conscience, please. I've never gone to this place and as if it would be better not to start

Today I came across disgusting service in a coffee shop at Pobediteley Ave., 7, located next door to KFC.
When I went to the checkout for the order, the cashier who took the order from the previous visitor left for a similar room. Besides her, there were 2 other employees behind the counter who brewed coffee. After 5 minutes of waiting at the checkout, I asked if someone would accept my order. There was no reaction to this. After another 3 minutes, I repeated my question, adding volume as the staff were talking loudly among themselves. Again, no one reacted to me. When I asked for a book of comments, I finally got the long-awaited attention and the question "what happened?". After explaining the situation, they replied that they had not heard me and the book was not provided on demand. After the second request, I was finally able to leave my comment. No one apologized to me or even offered to take my order, so I left the coffee shop without the desired lemonade and in a disgusting mood.
I would also like to note that orders were given out "to the dump", without naming the guest who guessed their order or not. After one of the guests asked if there was caramel syrup in her coffee, since there was no sweetness, barista Nikita replied that he poured everything.
I ask the management to pay attention to the work of this coffee shop, since I am already a regular guest of your network and in other coffee shops the service has always been excellent☹️☹️☹️
If there was an opportunity to give a score of 0, I would use it.

I went to various coffee shops of the cofix chain many times and never saw such slow and poor service, it seemed that the girl accepted the order and was nice, but they made coffee for a long time, although there were only a couple of people in the queue. Employees chat more among themselves, rather than work, and besides, they also forgot to add syrup to coffee, and this is not the first time at this point. There's just no desire to go back and fight with them anymore.
