Disgusting coffee has been made all over this network for a long time. By the standards, raf is made with vanilla syrup, I worked as a barista in various places and received appropriate training. Your syrup is not included in the raf. I bought the syrup separately, but this amount of syrup is a kick-ass. I threw the coffee in the trash. Please try what you cook for people. In every coffee shop you have, it's either sweet or bitter, or there's no coffee, or it's cold, or it's hot. Learn how to make coffee. Cooking is much better and more enjoyable. It is better to pay 1p on top and be sure that they will make you something normal, and not half a cup of "coffee" and half a cup of foam, because the barista does not know how to beat milk properly.

Courteous service , but a complete lack of assortment : no cream , no syrups of some kind . The prepared drink has a strange taste, whatever it is. I took gingerbread raff, as a result, there is no cream, and there are no other flavorings either, like a regular latte. A friend took halva rafs and as a result , pieces of halva floated in the coffee , which got stuck in her throat . We come in for 3 days in a row, and only one wish is to throw out the coffee

Teach a girl with glasses to make normal coffee! We ordered two cappuccinos on 12/01/24, but for some reason we didn't find coffee there, there was only milk! They asked to add coffee or redo it, but they were refused! I do not advise buying coffee on this shift!!!

Quite often there are no items from the menu and new products + the staff sometimes behaves just disgusting, starting from rolling their eyes when I place an order, ending with loud conversations with their friends and mothers. The only advantage is that they work until 23.30.

The staff is always polite. From all points, the food here is very tasty and you always want to come back. On June 30th it was very hot inside, probably the air conditioner was not working. But the girls who worked are great fellows! There was a queue, it was obvious how difficult it was for them because of the heat. But we tried to work quickly.

I stopped by for coffee this morning. There were 2 people in front of me in the coffee shop, each with a drink. I waited for my order for 20 minutes while 1 person solved those. a question, and the second one, standing at the coffee machine, was having a casual conversation with a colleague. At the same time, no one was in a hurry to prepare drinks. Is this the norm for two baristas on shift? The question remains open.
After waiting, I was served a scalding drink, which is unbearable to hold in my hand. I didn't come here for the taste of superheated milk.
I will add a star for a delicious dessert, which the Cofix staff has nothing to do with.

Once a year, you go to the coffee shop to buy a seasonal drink or a corny Americano. The coffee is disgusting. When choosing a coffee from a seasonal range, the barista says that there is not HALF OF THE MENU. This time we bought a gingerbread latte. Not only did they not feel any notes of ginger, or even chemical gingerbread, but the barista took a long time to get in with a siphon for whipped cream, sprinkled and spat on them and gave them this horror. What kind of normal barista would take an order without even making sure if there are ingredients for a drink? When asked for a LID ON THE GLASS, the barista looked lazily and said that they had no lids at all. ARE THERE NO LIDS IN THE COFFEE SHOP?! Where are the control points looking? No assortment, no service. Maybe it's better to train people at your point, rather than sending a non-student to a coffee shop?
Even if we compare this dump with at least a point in the Kuntsev region, at least they try better there and it SHOWS! The barista smiles and tries to work, and everything is always there. The poor girls are going out of their way.

And I don't understand why baristas do that. For the sake of economy? Because it affects the taste of coffee very noticeably, it becomes as disgusting as possible.
