Today we visited this institution (11/15/2024) . We ordered two drinks (kinder chocolate with banana and espresso tonic) . I didn't like that the girl was standing and looking at the phone with a large number of people, the guy came up and the work went faster. As soon as the drinks were taken away, the first thing they noticed was that the espresso tonic was made in the wrong cup, then after trying kinder chocolate with a banana, I just drank milk and nothing else, I came to return it, they told me that it was normal, but when I said try it yourself, they started to redo it. Maybe the girl is new and she was standing right there praying over these drinks so that they would turn out, but when the drink was redone, I heard from the guy that the girl made quite a lot of mistakes. When it was redone , everything was already delicious

I still couldn't get around to writing a review. We stopped by at 12.10 with our family for coffee. It was nice to see that the barista cares about the customers and the atmosphere in the coffee shop: drives out crowds of young homeless people who come to stuff sugar in their pockets, swear (we have 2 children) and yell!! The coffee itself and whipped milk with the addition of chocolate topping were made quickly and everything turned out delicious! The children liked it!

The most repulsive cofix. We came with a girl to grab a latte, went inside, stood choosing a drink and saw an inscription on the terminal about a 10-minute technical break. We decided to sit down and wait, but after looking at the chairs that look like homeless people were sitting on them, we changed our minds. In general, people began to gather, of course, after 10 minutes they did not work, at the same time some guy went inside the technical room, then came out and went somewhere, while crowds of youngsters of the local contingent began to fly in no other way. In general, without waiting for at least someone, they left, wasting their time and receiving a portion of negativity.

I don't know what the girl's name is, but on August 30, 2024, I came for coffee, a friend was talking to her (from the buyer's side), but communication was inactive and I thought that the girl was ordering, I was waiting. But the girls looked at me from the category that you came, and you're standing. To which, seeing the sarcasm in her direction, she asked if I could make an order, the girl replied yes. Everything would be fine, I don't mind talking while working, it's fine, but the girl could make it clear that I can make an order. And not to stand and look at each other and condemn. Why I wrote a review, the fact is that this girl constantly when she got on her shift, looked out of the category that you came here.. unpleasant. And so everything is super and all the baristas that worked were friendly.

It's a terrible place. I immediately asked if there was a cornflower blue iceberg, and they answered yes. As a result, they did not have any lids for the drink or a cornflower.
A friend took ice cream, which in turn comes with vanilla, as stated in the application. The employee did not add syrup, we showed her the application, to which the answer was "probably an update came out, we don't do that." They agreed to add syrup only if we pay 40 kopecks.

I visited your institution on 25.11.2023. and I was very dissatisfied with the service of your staff!
Firstly, your employee did not offer a related product, and did not offer to scan the application, I had to offer to scan it myself.

I love this coffee shop for its bright, spacious hall, incredible drinks, and for the barista, of course. Dominique's barista is a direct hit to the heart, and her match with mint syrup is a dump of everything,now there is still an action with ciabatta and a small coffee, so I definitely advise you to try ciabatta with chicken, I did not regret it myself
