Oh, Coffeefix... You know, I usually like to start my day with your coffee, but today I'm just terribly upset. This is the second time in a row I have ordered coffee with syrup, and again they forget to add it to me. And I was so looking forward to this sweetness, this little joy at the beginning of the day.… I even paid for it, but I got a regular Americano, which, frankly, is not the most delicious. It has a sad, bitter taste that nothing seems to fix. Do you remember those wonderful sugar-free syrups? I only had time to try it once, and they were just amazing! Since then, it's like there's no trace of them, even in the morning they can no longer be found. I'm so sad that I can't treat myself to my favorite drink. I understand that you probably have a lot of work, and all sorts of things happen.… But I'm so disappointed that something goes wrong every time. I really hope that you will pay attention to this and next time my coffee will be exactly what I imagine it to be. In the meantime... I'm going to be sad and drink my bitter Americano. Maybe he'll cheer me up a little.
