I went in for coffee, the employee immediately said that there was a technical break, although she took orders from people standing in line in front of me, there were also no signs about a technical break anywhere. When the employee went on a break, a girl followed her into the office, who was also waiting in line, after which the employee came out with the words "okay, I'll make you coffee quickly", and this girl did not pay for the coffee. Why should someone have to wait for half an hour while they have a technical break, and girlfriends are served out of turn and past the cash register? When, however, the employee accepted and prepared the order, she talked on the phone with her mother. I can't specify the name of the employee, because she was without a badge, as well as without an apron
