We were passing through, coming from far away. We chose this hotel and we liked it.
We've been here for three days. The room is clean and well maintained and well renovated. The staff is very friendly and courteous. And the spa came in handy from a long way away. We took a break, the child was playing on the playground, the territory is closed.
I wish the hotel prosperity and more clients. Thank you for the warm welcome
We also had breakfast included, a very good buffet with a large selection.

The price-quality ratio is quite good. The interior is clean, cozy and very friendly, which is definitely nice. It's a long way from the center and if you walk, the views are different, but mostly typical for the outskirts of the city. I highly recommend it for budget planners.

It's a very decent hotel. The breakfasts are excellent. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle and tea/coffee. There is a minibar. The sound insulation between the rooms is average, but the door lets sound through very well. Therefore, try to take rooms at the end of the corridors. The restaurant is of high quality. The staff is polite and responds to all requests. The price-quality ratio is probably one of the best in Astana.

A great hotel, I will definitely recommend it. Perfect cleanliness, polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfasts. She lived in June 2024. Check-in was around 11 o'clock, but they were checked in no earlier than 15:00. The room is on the second floor, the Windows looked directly onto the Terrace where the events were held. I was worried that it would be noisy until late. However, there were no problems, holidays were held daily, but everything was decent, without night noise. The rooms have everything you need, everything is in good condition. Excellent bed linen, towels. Daily room cleaning, and really high-quality cleaning. The reception staff, the restaurant, the maids, without any comments at all, are at the highest level. I will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

One of the most convenient halls for holding presentations.

The room is clean, quiet, the hotel is a little off the road. The service is perfect, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are delicious, and sometimes we had dinner at the hotel too. The only thing I ask you to pay attention to is the ellipse, it was inoperable, but we replaced it with walking around the city, we were given an umbrella.

The location of the hotel is also convenient: you can walk to the main attractions of Astana, from ten minutes to a good shopping center and a number of other nearby facilities, up to an hour to remote ones. At night, there are several good cafes within walking distance, where you can both drink tea with sweets and have a hearty dinner from pizza to pilaf. The hotel has a patio that ensures silence from car traffic on the adjacent street.

It's a very decent hotel. I chose it for work so that it would be convenient to travel to different points in Astana, as a result, the road did not take more than half an hour. I put 5 for the room, it is clean, there are all the necessary things for a business trip, toothpaste and brushes, shampoo, soap, shower gel, bathrobe and slippers! A comfortable shower room.
However, the kitchen is very weak, I put 4, the New York steak is not delicious, there is no sauce for it, Moroccan tea is not Moroccan at all, orange peel and green tea were put in warm water for me.
In the evening, I signed up and went for a facial massage. The masseur does not know how to do facial massage, I was extremely disappointed. I'm not a massage therapist, but I can do better. She applied a scrub, a mask, which I had to get up and wash off my face myself, then applied moisture with some incomprehensible movements! But I never saw the massage!
To the management of the hotel: check for yourself if your employee knows how to do a massage, and then just let us go to the clients, why should we do your job? The massage cost 15,000, I paid 7000 for her stuff.

The score is a solid four!
The reception staff is friendly, everything was quickly arranged. They helped carry the suitcases. The room was clean and spacious, and there were snacks, drinks and chocolate in the mini-bar. The furniture is not old, the bed linen is clean, there are enough towels and a pleasant interior design. The breakfasts are delicious, it's impossible to stay hungry! For breakfast there were two types of porridge, omelet or scrambled eggs, sausage/sausages, several types of cheese, vegetables, fruits, nuts, cottage cheese, dried fruits, yoghurts.
The rating was slightly lowered due to several household flaws - the light bulb in the lamp burned out, music was playing loudly in the morning near the reception, there were no napkins / salt/pepper on the table during breakfast, the bathroom area is separated from the room by a frosted glass wall.

The hotel itself is not in its best condition, the refrigerator in the room is not a refrigerator, but a mini bar with very cold drinks. The heat in the room does not save the air conditioner, that is, its similarity. The breakfasts are modest, you have to ask for scrambled eggs, they don't offer them themselves. A three-course spa, a hammam is nothing to worry about, you can sweat a little in the sauna. I liked the massage, the massage therapist was very enlivened by Love.

A small cozy two-storey hotel. The rooms are small but very pleasant, everything is clean and tidy, cleaning every day. Nice restaurant downstairs, but quite expensive. TV and Wi-Fi are on the level. There is a representative mini bar. Good value for money. Some of the staff members seem to be straight from Africa and do not speak Kazakh or Russian at all, which is kind of funny. The breakfasts are good for an additional fee, there is room service.

Laundry and ironing service are available (there are no ironing rooms on site) There is a menu with room service (prices are like in an average restaurant)

There is a safe in the room.
Minuses:
The breakfasts are very modest, there is almost nothing at 9 a.m., that is, you have to come by 7-8. There is too much garbage in oatmeal, in general, the food quality is average or lower.
The room is tired and broken. The air conditioner is antediluvian: at night in the room up to +28-29, it is impossible to get enough sleep, in addition, this air conditioner makes quite a lot of noise. The adjustment on the wall does not work. The very location of the air conditioner is surprising - I can't close the curtains, as this will block the air flow. The minibar in the room almost does not freeze, the contents are paid with prices higher than 5-6 times. The smell of chlorine and dampness in the room (the shower is located directly in it, the door to the bathroom does not close hermetically), the hood does not work, the shower head is not attached and is hanging out.
Sockets and switches are loose. The card holder does not work and is torn out of the wall.
There is a closet in the room, but it is completely open: there are no closed shelves, and there are also no shelves in the bathroom. The bedside table also has no drawers)
There are no water coolers on the floors.
I think you can stay here for a couple of days, but no longer.

We visited with my husband in June, 24. We arrived at about 11 pm. A young man met at the reception, offered a room with 2 separate beds for accommodation, due to the lack of other available ones. The cost of the room is 50 tons, he offered to buy 6 tons of breakfast per person, we refused. The room was given with Windows opening onto a bar-restaurant with music and screams and treacherously loud air conditioning, respectively, it would not have been possible to fully relax. They asked to change it, there were no problems. The next day we decided to extend it for another day, there was already a girl at the reception and asked for 44 thousand for the room along with breakfast for two, because it was unclear and I don't want to figure it out, the girl at the reception also doesn't know why the cost is so different, only for this I put 4 stars. And so the hotel, as a hotel, is nothing remarkable.
