Charm is 5 stars, well, it's very tasty.
The staff is 4 stars, they didn't really understand how to use card payments.
The view is perfect, I like it, it's a small place, you can still sit there, it's always warm there, etc...

Excellent shawarma, fresh meat, clean kitchen, chef wearing gloves, polite staff.
The only drawback is that there is no card payment
