We didn't go on vacation because of this sharashka desk. Despite having tickets and a voucher on hand, my child and I were not on the passenger lists at check-in. As a result, we could not fly away, we had to return home. The tickets and the voucher turned out to be fake. After some debate, Anton's travel agent returned the money to us. But we never got to the sea. Thanks for the ruined vacation.
