Secondly, a torque wrench is an accurate tool that requires periodic verification.The documents for this verification were NOT PROVIDED, and they stated that the tenants were NOT OBLIGED to verify it!!!I mean!!!even if it is used once or twice a year, this key simply has to be verified!But what happens, they are not responsible, I motivate that we do not know how to use it!!!

Fast, simple, cheap. At least it is much cheaper than in other rental offices in Brest. I took a concrete mixer for 3 batches. There are no complaints about the instrument or its owner. Everything is fine.
P.S.: I picked up and returned the tool on my own transport, so I can't say anything about the delivery from the rental.
