There are no complaints about the store, as there are no complaints about the staff. Everything is at the most modern European level, it's nice to be in the store. The staff is polite and competent. Well, the products, of course, are not all, but tights are disposable, the quality is getting worse and worse every year, I think if at the beginning of its journey "KonteSpa" the quality of products would be the same as now, then it would not have achieved such success.

03/17.24. The staff is minus 5 stars. The seller Julia was rude to me when I asked to exchange the suit for a different color. Seeing how I was in a hurry, since I was with the child, right during the payment at the checkout, I just took and left for 3 minutes to deal with the mannequin and take off his T-shirt. It's been a long time since I've come across such a dismissive attitude towards a client! In the end, the seller Anna softened the situation. I wish there were more such polite and understanding staff. That's the only reason I'm not giving one star, but two. I recommend that the management pay attention to how their regular customers are served.
