A small cozy coffee shop with delicious pastries. However, finding a coffee shop is still a quest - they are in a maze in some kind of industrial/office building. Friendly staff. You can take and look through / read books. I recommend. They just don't work on Sundays, which is strange.

Hello. I decided to come in and read the reviews, as I am just preparing materials for referral to the court for the protection of honor and dignity in relation to the director of this institution, who was not afraid to slander me as a regular customer, guided by incomprehensible motives. I am attaching to this message a letter signed by him and a decision of the Department of Trade and Services of the Pervomaisky district Administration of Minsk. The thing is that I have been visiting this pastry shop for quite a long time, even under the previous owners until 2021. As it was noticed here, the institution practices the sale of yesterday's cakes. And so I go in somehow and ask to open the box a little to take a look at what they are going to sell me, since last time I bought yesterday's cakes (Shu) I came across products that have a non-marketable appearance. And it was all in March of this year, there was just a director behind the counter who refused to show the contents of the box, although by law he is obliged to provide products for review, which are also not sealed. In response to this not entirely legitimate behavior of this figure, I joked in front of a friend that I would contact the sanitary station... Either the director is a vulnerable person, or in retaliation for the fact that I know my rights well, on April 8 I find out that I was put on a certain "blacklist" and refused to serve (the record is available). And what should I do in this case? So I wrote a statement to the department of trade and services of the district administration to bring the leadership of this institution to their senses. But further - more. Later I found out that it turns out the director wrote a slander and outright slander against me addressed to the deputy head of the administration (I attach a photocopy of the letter signed by the director). I admit, this is the first time in my life that I have encountered such behavior, lies and hypocrisy. Despite the fact that the cakes are made according to the recipe and technological maps of past employees and holders of this confectionery, I gave myself the words under no circumstances to enter this confectionery anymore, where lies and slander from the management are considered the norm. By the way, I read the feedback from the management on the opinions of other visitors, it becomes ridiculous for:
1. "we have never threatened anyone with the police." Gentlemen, have you been threatened against me too? Who are you trying to fool? Where are you telling the truth and where are you outright lying?
2. "Yesterday's Jokes as a bonus." Gentlemen, since when have you become a charity organization? I have never been a fan of overdue or stale goods, but you sell these "yesterday's shoes" for money, not give them away, while you have the audacity to violate consumer rights and shame people in front of all honest people. Moreover, the lesson with the warning issued by the district administration did not benefit the director, who after that provoked me in front of witnesses to clarify the relationship "like a man with a man."
The cakes are delicious, the atmosphere and service depend on the mood of the director and other employees of this institution.

Arrogance and rudeness are the hallmarks of a figure who sees in every rustle and in other people's reviews the machinations of Samvel)))). It smacks of unhealthy attention to my person))). Well, as you can see, I always write under my own name, and you should think about your future and, perhaps, attend advanced training courses in order to continue selling cakes and more. Although... You can't do more than that. With such an attitude towards customers, there is nothing to do in trading and no werewolves in uniform (by the way, thanks to user Andrey Chekistenko for his frankness) They won't help you. And this is not only my opinion, but also the opinion of other real visitors of the Cookie Rookie institution who have left reviews here.
So keep quiet more often, you'll pass for smart.

In a private pastry shop, her smile should not leave her from the beginning to the end of the shift.

A wonderful place if you want to sit with a company in a cozy atmosphere with tea / coffee with pies and all sorts of goodies, hold an event, a "sweet table", etc. Desserts are unusual, original recipes and decoration. I was impressed by the "Rum Woman", but it is simply impossible to try all the variety in one visit.

I give this rating only for the girl at the checkout. terribly unfriendly. I'm unhappy with something all the time. It's scary to ask her questions, because they look at you like a fool.
