I've been going on vacation with Coral Travel and with the wonderful travel agent Tatiana Kudryavtseva for many years now. During the trip, I need to be sure that everything will be in the best possible way, tickets and the hotel will be paid on time and in full, without unpleasant "surprises" leading to problems with check-in and many others. I really appreciate this reliability in Tatiana. I am also grateful to her for her advice not to get into "adventurous" situations when a tour at another agency costs significantly less - the price is lower than that of the operator, and here those "surprises" are possible, even to the point that you can stay without money and without rest.
Tatiana always suggests really good hotels, but, alas, she cannot influence the constantly rising prices, and often you have to take a tour based on the price. But in any situation, the agent's support is invaluable- to move to a better room or, as a last resort, to change the hotel not for "all the gold in the world", or when the operator suddenly decides to change the hotel. Unfortunately, not everything depends on her, but she can make life easier for a negligent tourist, which she constantly tries to do.
Tatiana's professionalism saved the rest more than once. I highly recommend her and Coral Travel!

I want to thank the manager Tatyana Kudryavtseva for the highest professionalism and talent to select options that immediately itch to pack a suitcase! Her group with regular burning offers is just a godsend! And such promptness in the answers! I am very attentive to your wishes! It always offers exactly according to the voiced requests! Many other managers sin by "not hearing" the client and how many times have I personally had that you ask for a quiet family hotel. and they throw everything at you, ((

I subscribed to her band a long time ago, back when she was working at another company, and I was happy to follow all the updates and bought a tour there just from her mailing list. Then she went to Coral Travel and I started following the updates here. This is exactly the manager who brings all the clients with him!)) And this time it was picked up by just a super series of options to Egypt! I periodically drop her mailing lists of tours to my friends when they are going to go somewhere and two of them definitely applied for a tour after that and were very happy with their vacation.
