Why then overpay and come here is not clear. Write then immediately, this barber does not know how to do anything, so as not to waste the client's time.
And for the future, the business owner, the client who is put out the door (especially when he purposefully went on the record), will never return and will definitely not deliver more than one. The administrator who cannot solve the problem with the client is not the administrator. You can always persuade a client to get another haircut, there are dozens of options for solving the issue, a client who hears barber "can't do a simple haircut" understands it differently - this place is questionable and it's better not to go here (and he definitely won't offer a solution in this context).
Learn the basics of the service (a sullen administrator who throws a claim to the client, a dubious attitude), the organization of the business (the client does not care about your tariffs and will not understand them) and working out customer claims (an attempt to overwrite a client who is already with you on another date is ridiculous and ridiculous, you are a nouname company, no one will to tolerate your antics), what is happening at your place now is like the cheapest hairdresser at a house without a name, only the price tag is high.

No hot towels (oh, I was thinking how anyone likes it here, I forgot to suggest, we won't do it), no contours on the neck to trim (Do you need? It's not visible because of the beard, if necessary, I'll do it). At home, I noticed a bald spot where the "best master" left a trimmer + mustache, which he completely shaved. If you want the opposite to be done to you, then feel free to go.
