The location of this hotel is fantastic and very convenient. A few of the tourist attractions are just a 10minute walk literally. Great place to find Cafes and shopping places in the vicinity. The breakfast at the restaurant has some really good options and the highlight of the stay was the amazingly friendly staff who were all smiles and super happy to help us with anything we needed. A special shout out to Anna, Machile & Sergey for their prompt service and friendly hospitality! Loved the experience and absolutely recommend this place.

Stayed in the standard room for a week in May 2024 with my wife, here’s our impression. + Great location in the historical centre of the city. +Rather new and neatly done lobby and bar, but nothing special. - Extremely thin walls, you can follow your neighbors’ conversation. - Some minor reparations in the room are made with negligence: the bathroom lock sticks and turns to the wrong side, wall damage is repaired with wall filler that wasn’t even sanded off, just splashed on the wall. - Service doesn’t meet expectations of a five star hotel. I ordered a silk pillow from the pillow menu, they didn’t bring it. I left a note in the room asking for the pillow, still didn’t bring it. - The staff doesn’t check the level of coffee, cream, soap etc. in the room, you have to ask to refill your room’s supply yourself. ? Didn’t have breakfast there. ? Didn’t use the gym, spa, laundry, room service there. Long story short, we don’t think this hotel is worth the money they ask for. We had better experiences at less expensive, less stars hotels.
