A small cozy room. A professional trainer. If the activity is individual, then it is really individual. At 7 a.m., the hall is completely free for 1-2 people. The prices are democratic. There is always a place in the parking lot.

I go to group classes and exercise equipment. Group Training sessions are exactly 45 minutes, which is very short in time. When you do exercises, the instructors do not look at or control the technique.
Separately, I would like to cancel what is dirty in the halls, a lot of dust. It is not clear whether they clean at all. We saw how the guy cleaned the toilet and then went to wipe the taps with the same cloth, etc. I don't want to believe that simulators are also wiped with this cloth.

Отличный спортзал, занимаюсь в сети cosmosfit достаточно давно, и рад, что появляются новые залы с удобными тренажерами! Весь персонал правда добрый и отзывчивый, никогда не было возникало проблем, всегда подскажут и подстрахуют!

Мне очень нравится этот клуб.
Занимается сын, 11 лет. Подросткам вообще сложно угодить, а тому, кто 4 года занимался боксом и подавно.
НО! Там есть классный тренер Александр и он создал такую обстановку, что сын с удовольствием ходит в клуб 5 раз в неделю)
Весь персонал очень отзывчивый и внимательный!

Достаточно просторный тренажерный зал с разным оборудованием и хорошей вентиляцией в помещении. Приветливый персонал и хорошие тренера. На данный момент занимаюсь с тренером Виолеттой и очень довольна :)
