The hotel is located in a very good location - close to all the sights - Nizami Street, old town, parks - everywhere you can walk. There are good cafes nearby - I liked the kebab cafe the most! The hotel is very clean, cleaned every day, water, coffee, tea in the room always. The hotel is quiet, very cozy! The breakfasts are a little meager, disorganized, and the choice of dishes is small. Very polite and friendly staff - they will always come to the rescue with a smile! The rest in this hotel is comfortable, very pleasant! I recommend it! The room is great, the bed is just my love! There are two pillows , very soft ! The room has a kettle, hairdryer and ironing board!

The manager of working with guests at the restaurant, Alexander, was disappointed . I came to the wrong profession: He doesn't hear, he's not customer-oriented , it 's a pity.

A magnificent hotel in the center of Baku. Large spacious rooms, everything you need is there (hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities). Excellent breakfasts and also an excellent menu for dinner in the restaurant, everything is cooked very tasty! Friendly staff. There is a shop nearby where you can buy everything you need. I recommend it and will definitely come back here again!

We liked the hotel! Location, service, amenities. We had a cool standard room (302), with a small balcony, not all such rooms are standard. The staff is helpful and positive. Great hotel!
The rooms are not very large, but they are comfortable, they have everything you need.
Polite staff.
Delicious breakfasts, lots of dishes to choose from, there are dishes with Indian or Pakistani flavor.
There are many places where you can work. All are comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good, which is important for work.
And the gym (for those who walk, and I go on trips) is very up-to-date.

On the downside, there are a wild number of Indians who are just like cockroaches. They don't take you to a table at breakfast, but you have to look for a table in a crowd of Hindus. It takes a very long time to bring coffee, it takes a very long time to clean the table. New Year's Eve just killed me. For 10,000 per person, alcohol is not included in the buffet. Well, and a few performances by a cover band.

1) Very convenient location of the hotel. 15 minutes by a quiet walk to the old town, the same distance to the metro. There is a square near the hotel where you can walk. There is a supermarket in the next building.
2) Clean and cozy rooms. But there are comments on the number. There are no hooks in the bathroom where you can hang clothes, there is no towel dryer, but towels were changed every day, so this item is not critical. There is no hanger at the entrance to the room, outerwear had to be put away in the closet in the room itself. There are some questions about sound insulation, because everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms was clearly audible
3) Delicious varied breakfasts
4) The point that covers all the shortcomings is the staff. Amazingly friendly staff, ready to help with any question. I felt like a guest and a welcome guest in this hotel.
I have never regretted that I chose this particular hotel

Cleanliness in the room, friendliness and support from the staff, convenient location in the center within walking distance from the Old Town, attractions, parks, restaurants and cafes, good breakfast: buffet with dishes for almost every taste, there is drinking water in the room. I really liked the interior of the lobby and the restaurant, there is also a library with good
books. On the downside, there was no toothpaste in the room.

We came to Baku for 3 days, we were satisfied with the choice of the hotel: everything is new, stylish, clean, service and maintenance for 5, delicious breakfasts!
The standard room is small, but good, has all the amenities, the bed is the most comfortable! The hotel itself is in a very beautiful building, with a large walking alley in front of it. And the historical center itself is a 10-15 minute walk away.
We would definitely come back again)

Great hotel! Five stars. All wishes are fulfilled on a one-two basis. The mattress and pillows are beyond praise. Bathrobes and slippers are available. The room is cleaned very carefully. The only question is rather to the architects /designers - the water from the shower flows outside. A puddle after washing, but discomfort is more likely for the cleaners.
Breakfasts are just a bomb. Diverse, with a local flavor! In early May, strawberries and pomegranates. Cheeses, olives, cherry plums-everything is local ...we are delighted!
Let's come back again, hospitable Baku!

An uneven impression.
The hotel is new, clean, the interior is stylish, the facade looks luxurious. The building has a large, seemingly even a 24-hour supermarket and a children's toy store.
The service is good, everyone speaks Russian, the staff is friendly and greets.
The windows don't open. At least in the off-season, the air conditioning in the room copes normally.
It's strange that there are no cosmetics and hotel trifles in the bathroom at all. The shampoo in the shower tub bolted to the wall ran out, and no one filled it. As usual, you find out about it, already standing with a wet head in the shower.
Breakfast is... weird. And not a little smeared a positive impression.
It seems that all the main points are there, but everything is somehow "wrong" and inconveniently decomposed.
Breakfast is served in the lobby and bar area, the lobby is large, and the buffet nook is modest. There are no coffee machines in the hall, you have to sit down with a plate and wait for the waiter to take the order and bring coffee. They come up relatively quickly, but still waiting is stressful, especially if your norm is a few cups.
Croissants are dry and tasteless, and in general the pastries are so-so.
There is a special person for cooking scrambled eggs and omelets with different ingredients.
There are an ingenious number of outlets in the lobby. When we left, we sat there on our suitcases for 40 minutes before we ourselves called the waiter and asked for drinks. For some reason, no one noticed us.

The hotel is suitable for business meetings and business receptions. There is a cozy relaxation area with a bar in the center, you can sit in cozy armchairs and drink your favorite drink or read a book, they are everywhere here - thank you! There are also delicious breakfasts and attentive waiters.
As for the rooms, I can say about the standard - small and uncomfortable, I do not recommend it. Actually, the bathrobe was in room one))
There is a gym and a relaxation area - it's spacious and nice! That is all.
If you are going on a romantic trip to Baku or you are planning a family trip with children, choose something better ;)

The hotel is relatively conveniently located in the city center. To the historical center on foot in 20 minutes walking distance. Among the disadvantages, I note that the standard washbasins appeared on the 3rd day of our stay out of the planned 7. Towels have a grayish hue - they have not been updated for a long time. Among the advantages are spacious rooms, large beds, breakfasts with a good choice (porridge, egg dishes, pancakes, waffles), an ATM for currency exchange, friendly staff.

We rested in it for a week. The rooms are cleaned every day, and 4 bottles of water are brought.
The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from Fountain Square. There is a Winter Park opposite the hotel.

I am disappointed with the work of middle and senior managers!
The number was forcibly cancelled (after the tragedy over the Caspian Sea), the airline canceled flights. It was not possible to get to the hotel. The payment, at least partially, was not refunded! Greedy, inhuman people. From which I conclude that I will not book any of my tourists anymore. I'm a travel agent.

The beautiful building of the hotel is a definite big plus. Then it's more complicated: the manager at the reception searched for our reservation for a long time , eventually billed for all the days of stay , forgot about paying for breakfast ( in the morning 3 people came up to us at breakfast and told us that we were malicious defaulters , and we just didn't even realize that the manager at the reception overlooked ).

Staff - no questions asked. Very responsive and try to help on demand. The breakfasts are excellent, the restaurant - there are questions. Get ready for a large sum and a long filing.
The rooms themselves - booked a large bed twice and were given separate beds both times. They apologized a lot, but it didn't change the essence of the issue.

Nice hotel, no frills, within walking distance to the old town.
The breakfasts are monotonous. Don't expect varieties, but there is enough of everything. There is almost nothing fishy, mackerel and herring. Dried fruits and nuts are abundant, fruits are present.

A gorgeous hotel. Stylish design both in the rooms and in general. Very good service. I advise you to definitely take breakfast (delicious, beautiful) to save time in the morning because there is no cafe nearby. And if possible, take a room with a balcony on the avenue (you can't hear the noise from the road, but the view is worth it). The old town is 10-15 minutes away at a leisurely pace.

If you want a room with a balcony, specify separately. There are few such numbers. In the rest, the window does not open.
I didn't take this into account when booking, but when I contacted the administrator, they found us a room with a balcony and moved us, although we stayed for only two days.
