It's a great place for Tolkien fans) and you don't have to go to New Zealand - Dilijan has its own Hobbiton. Cute houses with round doors. The kids are thrilled.
Breakfast is brought to the room in picnic baskets - you can eat outdoors. They brought us yoghurts, sausage, tortillas, boiled eggs, butter, melted cheese, jam and chocolate paste, apples and bananas. I don't know if the menu is changing, because we only spent 1 night, but we had enough. Tea and coffee are available in the room.
A comfortable bed, but uncomfortable pillows - hard and lumpy. Another disadvantage: the hotel is located right along the highway, but is separated from it by a river that drowns out the noise of cars. Sleeping to the sounds of the river is very pleasant.
In general, there are more pros than cons, so I set 5⭐️

If you want to know what hospitality is, go here. Perfect cleanliness, the atmosphere of a fantastic book and movie, thoughtfulness to the smallest detail and care in every matter ... Blankets to keep warm, herbs for tea, super orthopedic mattresses, and indeed, any whim. I would also like to mention the breakfast that is brought to the room while the restaurant is not open out of season. A lovely basket with bread, cheese, sliced bread, boiled eggs, yoghurts, fruits... it was a wonderful start to the day on the sunny veranda with delicious food. Ten out of five and a strong recommendation to visit here for everyone traveling in Armenia.

Very convenient location if you are by car, there is Parking.
The cabins have everything you need, and what turned out to be the most necessary thing at the end of April was a heater)
The TV catches a lot of Russian-language channels, nostalgic for TLC.
Bathroom, accessories, comfortable bed
Breakfast is served at the designated time: fruits, yoghurts, bread, cheese/meat.
Everything looks very nice, comfortable, and cozy. The staff is polite and attentive.

A very cool and atmospheric place! The service here is top notch, all the staff are very friendly and friendly, we felt that we were welcome here. The breakfasts are quite modest, but very tasty. The same can be said about the restaurant's menu: not very many items, but very tasty and very large portions. The room was very clean, the plumbing and repairs were fresh, the beds were high, soft and comfortable. The very design of the houses, the restaurant and the territory is very interesting, and the location near the mountains adds some kind of fantasy. The only thing we didn't take into account was the weather. The difference with Yerevan is about 10-15 degrees, so it is chilly and rainy there in April.

This is not the first time in Dilijan and we went to the Cozy House. If you've grown up and don't dream of being in a fairy tale, then you don't need to come here! Adults are big kids and this hotel is the best place to reboot! A cozy hobbit hole is what I want as a resident of a megalopolis. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, even clay jugs with dried aromatic herbs, if you do not want coffee or water, hospitably provided as a compliment. Hot water, shower, cozy bed, heater if needed, stylish and very fabulous. In the evening, street lights are lit and the fabulous hobbit houses come to life. Great hotel! Everything is very thought out in the houses, there is even a Bluetooth speaker, USB sockets for charging are output in the beds. The style is fascinating.
There is a small playground for children.
We have been traveling in Armenia for 8 days now, and realized that Russia has the most delicious food, and we also had a very tasty dinner here at last. The breakfast is also good.
The children were interested in climbing on the beds in the room.

Fabulous hotel, I really liked it. Our family is thrilled! How nice it was to feel yourself in the magical land of Hobbitonia! The houses are equipped with everything necessary. The most delicious tea that the little Hobbits treated us to. Let's remember it for a long time. The place is picturesque. Be sure to take a walk up the road to the forest. The mushrooms grow huge there.)) I definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfasts are wonderful. Delicious coffee.

It's a cool place. To all connoisseurs of the Lord of the Rings, and indeed to everyone :) Cozy houses in the Hobbit style. Clean and tidy, soft and comfortable beds. There is a good bathroom, there is a heater, so you will not freeze. The design of the territory is also taken from films and books. The creators are well done, I definitely recommend you to check in! The breakfasts are delicious, the lunch and dinner menus are good for the price. And all this is surrounded by gorgeous nature.

The hotel is just great! Really hobbit houses. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, both inside and on site. The room has everything for a comfortable stay, including its own kitchenette (refrigerator, kettle, guard coffee machine, cutlery). There is a playground and gazebos on the territory. Breakfast is served in a separate building on the ground floor, on the second floor there is a restaurant. The breakfasts are delicious. The interior is also very cool

Just a great idea and implementation of the idea of hobbit houses! A very beautiful and almost safe area (at least 8 years old children can be safely released, because they already understand that they do not need to jump into the river), there is a small playground, a restaurant on site, a campfire with seats. The houses themselves are absolutely mimic and full of details that you want to enjoy and be surprised by: tiles on the walls, a yellow toilet, homemade cabinets, a coffee machine, pots with mint and thyme, USB sockets, heaters, towels with a branded embroidered logo. It's all clear!
Breakfast is modest, but hearty: a choice of hot omelet / scrambled eggs / boiled eggs + the freshest pita bread, herbs, cheese and ham + coffee and sweets.
My children and I were absolutely delighted and ready to recommend it to everyone!

The house has everything: snow-white towels and bed linen, toothbrush, soap, gel, shampoo,gig cotton buds, hair dryer, kettle, mugs and cutlery, sugar, tea, coffee capsules with a coffee machine!!!, water, TV 100+ channels, column, refrigerator , heater... Maybe I missed something.
We were warmly welcomed on a rainy evening)))
There was one mini inconvenience in the room - the sink was too small, washing the water spilled a little past, but it is clear that in the idea the sink would no longer be in the subject))
The restaurant said that they are closing, I hope this is a temporary inconvenience for the guests)) very interesting paintings)))
It would be great to see a simple, accessible and child-friendly menu in such a hotel format))))

A cozy and unusual hotel. The cabins have everything for a comfortable stay, even a capsule coffee machine. We stayed for one night, it was enough.
The receptionist who greets you at the parking lot is a very friendly and pleasant young man. Speaks Russian well. He showed me the number and told me everything in detail.
It was quite cold at the end of November. There is a powerful heater in the room, but you need to turn it on in advance to warm up the whole room. But it's still cool in the bathroom.
You can order dinner at the restaurant, but the delivery is paid, so it's better to pick it up yourself.
The breakfasts are good, they cook a choice of scrambled eggs, omelette or porridge. Pita bread, cheese, ham, pancakes, tea, coffee, drinks are served.
Compared to other hotels, Cozy hause looks very decent. We liked it, and my daughter was delighted.

It's an amazing place. As I visited the Shire. It is very atmospheric and well maintained. It is mandatory to visit. Everything is on top, the territory, the rooms, the staff, the restaurant. One minus, we booked for only three days, I would like to stay there longer, if I'm going to Armenia again, I will definitely stay there.

Great place! Good staff, warmly welcomed, showed everything. Every day, as many bottles of water are put in the refrigerator in each house as there are residents. Comfortable beds and mattresses. Also, the breakfasts are delicious, a good restaurant, they are made quickly, clearly and tasty! On my birthday, I decided that we should stay at the hobbit house! It's a delight! Very nice houses, unusual inside. Stylish)) I really liked it!
There is a swing in the yard. We sat down in the evening and blankets were brought to us (we did not ask). Very nice!
The breakfast is wonderful. There is a coffee machine.
But on the first day we went to eat at their restaurant (where breakfast is served).
We were shocked by the taste of the dishes ❤
Sooooo delicious! Unexpectedly, the steak turned out to be perfect) I liked absolutely everything)
We took the dessert with us to the room, ate with tea (there is a kettle and put tea / coffee).
I am very glad that we stayed in this unusual place, thank you)

We stayed only for one night, but this place will be remembered for a long time. The owner is a designer, he thought everything through to the smallest detail and designed this place. Thanks a lot to him! My husband and I are fans of the Hobbit universe and we enjoyed every detail. I would also like to mention the excellent breakfasts and very polite and attentive staff. In the room, you could turn on and adjust the heating yourself. Thanks for the coffee machine, herbal tea for the teapot and the music speaker. I recommend this place!

Great hotel! Everything is as in the photo. Very cozy, clean, atmospheric. The only drawback is that the Nazgul's lantern is not lit. Good breakfasts. Delicious food from the restaurant directly to the house. Dilijan city center is 5 minutes away by taxi. We will definitely come back again.

Suuuuuper!!! An atmospheric place with amazing service!! It's like really getting into a hobbit village!! The cleanliness is perfect, a safe, tea and even a capsule coffee machine, a menu for ordering food from a restaurant, what else do you need for a great holiday! The location is convenient, to the center of Dilijan 5 minutes by taxi. I recommend you to visit necessarily! Lots of positive emotions, and photos 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Well, the nature around is just like from the paintings of the best landscape painters (so to speak for dessert)

In general, I liked the hotel. Original design, the room has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, slippers, kettle, coffee maker, TV and even a Bluetooth speaker. The staff is friendly, they speak both English and Russian. There are playgrounds on the territory. A rich breakfast. The hotel is located 4 km from the central part of Dilijan and at a distance from the starting points of walking routes, therefore it assumes the presence of a car.

It's great with kids! The restaurant at the houses. In the kitchen, we went to dinner. Half of the menu is missing, the rest that was ordered was not liked. But zavrak is cool. I would like to note that the kitchen area in the restrancik is quite decent. Therefore, I think that in the near future the kitchen level will be brought to a more than decent level.
