When placing the order, there was a message about delivery within 3-4 days. I paid for the order immediately, received an email notification that the payment was completed, and chose delivery to the post office. When a week and a half had passed, I wrote on the website that the order had not been received and asked what was wrong with it (I took into account that it was a weekend, even so), I waited a day, but no one contacted me. After that, I called, they told me that I still had to wait, then they called and said that the delivery would be tomorrow, i.e. in 12 days instead of 3-4! And I get a message from the delivery service saying that my parcel is at an address on the other side of the city, at a completely different pick-up point from where I ordered it. Again, after the call, they promised to bring it by courier tomorrow, then they called back the day after. That is, they waited more than 2 weeks for delivery from Minsk to the regional center, where the delivery services go every day?
I don't even know if I'll get my package, but I've had the experience.

I walked around, looked, and realized that 50p is an incredibly small amount for most goods. Consultants are terrifying, you feel like some kind of criminal. I went to the consultant, explained that the certificate is for 50p, choose basic care. They immediately offered a cream of about 160p. Are you serious? To a young student, having a 50p certificate, to offer such a thing. I asked for something more budget-friendly. They showed Belita and Eva. And the attitude was already like a homeless person. She collected the care from the washbasin, oil, tonic and mask. If this store has budget funds, then you do not need to build a super elite store and sell cream for 160 rubles

Yesterday my husband and I were in your store buying 2 tual. water and lipstick.
And I wanted to buy a facial washbasin, but when I asked the consultant what acids were present, they ran to Google, and I kept waiting, although I was in a hurry, in the end they didn't figure it out and I left without a washbasin.
Having decided on water for her husband, in order not to confuse the sealed goods, they asked the consultant to show which box the selected perfumes are in and take them to the checkout.
As a result: on the 1st
at the checkout, the consultant punched the lipstick for 50p more expensive than the price that was indicated on the probe.
On the 2nd, a cosmetic bag went to my perfume, so while one consultant was looking, three stole and talked, giggled, and of course this cosmetic bag was not found, they gave another one.
In the 3rd and most offensive, in the morning when my husband decided to apply a new perfume, opening the package, it turned out that we had the wrong perfume!
How can there be so many joints in one store at all! Then why do we need such consultants who can't advise anything at all!
And even confuse the goods! And they cheated at the checkout! That's what I'm going to do now with perfumes that we don't like, that we didn't want to buy, that the consultant either by mistake, or put in on purpose, I don't know more intentionally.

This is especially true for those female saleswomen who are 40+. There is fatigue, disdain, and sometimes envy in the look. The guys are more active and friendly. Younger girls also try to be better "aunties". The impressions are not the best from visiting this shopping facility. I advise you to shop elsewhere.
