Then I was sent to a consultant who answered questions with complete indifference and tried to run away as soon as possible (they didn't even let me ask all the questions, as the girl ran away as soon as possible). After all this running around, I still decided to buy the product, there were no LUXURY consultants, so I had to approach the woman from the niche department again. I JUST needed TO GET THE LIPSTICK OUT OF THE DRAWER, no more. I didn't need a consultation or anything else. Just take the product out of the drawer and I'll go to the checkout. But the woman refused to do this and sent her to a makeup artist. The makeup artist first said that she didn't know what kind of brand it was at all (strangely, the makeup artist didn't even know clarins?). It was obvious that they wanted to refuse me, but because all the LUXURY consultants were busy, and after I said that I just needed to get the lipstick out of the drawer and no more, they still bothered to serve me. The suite consultant was busy and we had to wait and in order not to stand, we simply decided to approach the niche and suddenly the consultant INESSA runs out with the words "give it here, I'll apply everything myself" well, we think, well, OK. Then he shows how to apply it correctly to the blotter, showing a completely strange way, but come on. But the person starts pestering with questions about how the name of the fragrance is translated, fortunately the person we needed was released and we went to the fragrance, we were given everything we need. However, the flavors were already half empty and the test was not so successful. Then we went to Marjela's maisonette and asked them to put us on a blotter. Consultant INESSA told me that " young people," Choose any one because you won't buy it anyway. Just come listen and don't buy, why should I waste time on you?" This consultant labeled us as a person who can't afford to buy. Listen to what kind of chain store they can tell you. I understand that I am a person who came to listen to the flavors. I have the right to listen and not buy these products and I can also buy if I am a student, this does not give the consultant the right to communicate in a pretentious way with me. Отравительный магазин, отвратительные консультанты. На парфюм нет пробников, на вопрос «где они?» консультант хамовато ответила, что «нет и не будет». Это что вообще?
Ну так сидите на своих окладах и радуетесь жизни.
Как выбрать парфюм без тестера? На глаз?
Вместо того, что бы хотя бы попытаться создать достойную конкуренцию Золотому Яблоку, они скатываются вообще ниже некуда, куда смотрит руководство непонятно!

Отвратительный стал магазин. Все тестеры спрятаны - в чем тогда смысл вашего магазина??? , старший продавец в зале на вопрос можно ли протестировать запах фыркает и хамит. Бренды стоят не всегда по своим стендам. В кассе провела 20 минут пока разбирались с разными ценами на одинаковый товар - оказывается так можно, это зависит от партии... Самый ужасный магазин из всех в этой сети.

Самое свинское отношение из многих кравтов в городе, грубость и наглость. Когда я искала у кого спросить, мне отвечали на «отвали» и большая часть консультанток мило разговаривала на зале и даже носа ко мне не обратила, очень приятно такое отношение) когда я спросила у одной из девушек, наличие такого объема парфюма мне ответили так же на отвали. Когда я взяла интересующий объём и пошла на кассу, мне задали максимально мерзкий вопрос
-А вы его брать будете?- Нет конечно, просто я его сейчас взяла и решила прогуляться до кассы и обратно) когда я решила взять второй парфюм, то этот человек сразу поменялся в лице и предложил все отнести на кассу, и какой аромат хороший и тд) на мой отказ, сразу поменялся и ушёл дальше трещать на зал. Когда я все оплатила, и спросила о пробниках парфюма то мне ответили, что их нет сейчас , но когда девушка которая была передо мной получили их, то это максимально обидно и грустно. Спасибо большое, что хоть забросили два пробника у которых срок годности скоро сходит.

Отвратительная сеть магазинов! Хуже может быть только их интернет-магазин. Покупая вещь, будьте готовы к тому, что вам подсунут брак, не дадут сдачу и под конец всучат не ваш чек! Халатное отношение ко всему. Начиная от контроля качества продаваемой продукции, работы курьера, и заканчивая общением с клиентами. Клиентоориентированность - совершенно не про них. Что касается физических магазинов - просто мрак. Бардак повсюду. Консультанты совершенно не ориентируются в ассортименте товаров, навязывают те продукты, которые выгодно продать им, а не те, которые должны соответствовать вашим потребностям. Некомпетентные специалисты, некачественная продукция, халатное отношение. Никому не рекомендую!
