Открыла счет, уточнив делают ли они Swift переводы, в том числе на брокерский счет. Заплатила годовое обслуживание карты. Внесла деньги на счет, подхожу к оператору, и оказывается Swift на брокерский они не делают! И деньги, которые только что внесла отдают только с комиссией. В итоге я потеряла 40$ на ровном месте, просто потому что меня обманули.
I opened an account, checking whether they make Swift transfers, including to a brokerage account. I paid for the annual card service. I deposited money into the account, approached the operator, and it turns out they don’t do Swift at the brokerage! And the money that you just deposited is returned only with a commission. In the end, I lost $40 out of the blue, simply because I was deceived.

Opening a platinum card carries practically no advantage over a regular master card.

They offered a bank card with extended online support with an expensive monthly tariff, as a result, support cannot help with any questions, come to the office personally for all requests, the service is terrible, nothing works in your personal account, support does not respond.

If you want to easily open a map in Georgia, go here. The bank is so-so according to the application, ATMs are only at the offices, there is little maintenance that you need to go to the office. But it performs its main functions and your needs well.

Everything was great and fast. A plastic personal card was made in 2 working days, a virtual one and an invoice in 15 minutes. They speak Russian perfectly and, probably, English. (This is except for Georgian) Friendly staff.

There was a need to obtain a Bank of Georgia card. In other banks, non-residents often require a lot of additional documents or payment for reviewing an application for a card, the issuance of which is often refused. Credo has separate offices specifically for non-residents, where employees speak not only Georgian, but also Russian and English, which makes communication very comfortable. To open the card, you only need a passport and a Georgian phone number. The first day within an hour I was accepted to apply for a card, and a few days later I received an SMS about readiness and I went and took the card pretty quickly. In general, if you need a Georgian bank card without a lot of documents and a long review, choose Credo.
