I rarely write, but now I have to! I do not advise you to go to the Erasyl VIP master and, as a fact, the owner of this barbershop. I signed up for him two times. The first time he did not come, he was notified in fact when he was already in the salon and waiting for the master. They offered a 30% discount as an apology. I signed up for him for the second time in a month. I came at the appointed time, sat and waited. They silently tried to replace me with another master, I refused and left. This is the first time I have met with such an attitude towards a client, they usually warn in advance that the master cannot accept and make a rewrite. Here you waste your time, you come to the salon and you are simply told in fact that there will be no master. For a moment, his haircut costs 18,000 tenge, he does not cut it for free. In general, I do not recommend it!

The receptionist Malika, since I came earlier, treated me to a cup of coffee. In my opinion, 6 craftsmen are cutting there at the same time, so while I was waiting, about 8 people came and went.

I signed up for the day. As a result, I arrive on time and they tell me that barber did not come. And as a result, they shove the services of a senior barber for 7k and their unfortunate 15% discount.
I do not recommend getting a haircut from them, they can throw it at the last moment!
