I was outside the hotel and when I returned to my room, I was shocked to find the bathroom bathtub glass completely broken, with damage affecting the bathroom and the room. When I asked the reception for help late at night, they sent cleaning staff instead. The cleaning took a long time, and broken glass remained on the floor. They didn’t apologize at all. Instead, they said they would review the security cameras to see if I was responsible for the damage. This was extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great clean hotel? great stuff comfy bed ,also there’s a sauna !just opposite to the geleria mall. I really enjoy it. انصح جميع الإخوه العرب في الجلوس فيه. قبال المول.

Good hotel with good location.
Especially, when you visit saint Petersburg with train, it is quite convenient to use.
It is near train station.
