Excellent service, helped with the luggage, the room was extended. The breakfast is varied. The spa area is good. I recommend it and would still come back. The only thing that's not great is the restaurant menu. The names of the dishes themselves. The sausage was full of guts, it smelled right, no one warned. I couldn't even eat. Chicken in milk with broccoli is also such a mediocre dish. The assorted dishes were fine. Vegetable salad, tomatoes are not very good.
It takes 50 minutes to walk to the sulfur baths, take bathrobes and slippers with you, the water pours 32 degrees as they say, but in general it's cool in the pool, we were able to stay for 10 minutes.

The staff is as friendly as possible, the girl at the reception immediately met her, speaks excellent Russian.
They offered to carry the bags, I culturally refused.
The room is clean and pleasant.
Perhaps part of the room is "tired", like the skin on the bed. But I don't pay attention to such little things.
A separate pleasant detail is that there is a small bonus in the basket in the form of water, tea and so on.
The spa area is magnificent: 2 saunas, a swimming pool, a hammam, water beds with warm water inside. In another part, you can get a massage for a fee.
A towel is provided at the entrance.
The territory of the park is well-groomed, everything was illuminated in the evening.
Borjomi Park is nearby with a warm and cold source of this water.
The park itself is tired, but the local guides are real Soviet intellectuals.
The cable car costs GEL 15 in 1 direction.
I really liked everything. I gave it for 10,000 rubles per night.

+ great pillows and mattresses in the room;
+ the spa deserves special attention: perfectly clean, comfortable, steam room with separate seats, Finnish sauna and eucalyptus sauna, water mattresses (which I had not previously met in hotels), etc.;
+ the indoor pool is quite large, the gym is good on the 1st floor;
+ the breakfasts in the restaurant are excellent, the menu in the restaurant was ordered several times in the afternoon and evening - I liked everything very much;
+ free entrance to Borjomi Park for hotel guests.

A nice hotel, a wonderful SPA, free access to the park. We stayed for 1 night while traveling in Georgia.
They were evicted on my birthday. The staff, seeing the congratulations from our guide, felt awkward (embarrassed) I also congratulated you after waiting 10 minutes for eviction.

I was in Borjomi for the third time. For the first time, I immediately decided to relax in this hotel someday. Result: I will never go again. The room stock is incredibly tired, but so far everything has worked. The concept of "no smoking" is a separate topic, this is Georgia, baby, they just smoke everywhere here. Kapets smoky room, smoking on every balcony, smoking at the entrance to the hotel, smoking throughout the hotel. And this is called "no smoking area", no, thank you, as a non-smoker is very directly disgusted even to sleep, because even from the bed this smell was felt. We spent the night in a duplex room. The pool will go, you can swim, Georgians are very tired of saunas, who really like to stick their nose into other people's business, well, this is the case everywhere, in principle.

I give the ABSOLUTE top five not to the hotel itself, but to the restaurant at the Riverside hotel. It's not on the maps here or on the others, but! He's downstairs, cross the bridge and go down to the terrace by the water. Awesome kitchen!!! If you want to eat delicious food on this street, then come here. All the other restaurants and cafes on the street are just roadside eateries.

We informed in advance that three women would be staying. One blanket was placed on the second floor. Although we asked for two. There is a kitchen. But there are no dishes. We bought fruits, there is nothing to cut and nowhere to put them. It is very strange that there is no Borjomi and good wine in the bar in Borjomi! This is a separate topic in the spa. The feeling that everyone who has been here has never paid for services, ran away. You will be followed and with the words, madam, when you pay for the services, they run from all sides. They also constantly talk about the cost of services. This bath costs 190 GEL and will you be able to pay? Although a certain amount was reserved at the reception at the entrance. One person, the manager of the Gogi Hotel, was glad to see us. I showed several rooms and checked in.

The hotel is very pleasant, beautiful, stylish and probably the best in terms of level in Borjomi. We were met at the hotel door, our luggage was collected, and we were escorted to the reception. The chief administrator suggested that we first go to the room, put our things out, and only then register-this was very useful, because of course we were tired from the road. A bottle of red wine with a personal letter was waiting for us in the room - a gift from the hotel. The view from the windows of the room overlooked the swirling river and picturesque green areas. The three of us were on vacation with a small child. I liked the room service, the receptionist always asked if we liked everything when we met. The restaurant is great! Very tasty dishes and a beautiful presentation. Delicious breakfasts, especially khachapuri with cheese. Very nice view on the veranda. In Borjomi Park, we took a free swim in the springs and drank water. Excellent hotel, we recommend it.
