This place is no longer saved even by their great past. There are a lot of things on the menu that are not indicated - this applies to drinks and snacks. Repairs in this place have also not been done for a very long time, apparently since the opening, this also applies to the VIP room. As for the business card of this place - steaks, there were also some mistakes. Our company ordered steaks of different roasts, but unfortunately trouble also turned out with roasting, but no one was in a hurry to fix this trouble, so some people remained hungry, because no one was in a hurry to re-order a steak for 25-30 thousand. But what remains unchanged is the price tag of this place-it is simply unreasonably high compared to similar places. A three to this place , somewhere even in advance.

Good evening! We visited your restaurant yesterday. Before that, we visited this restaurant in Mega several times. A good selection of menus and all the dishes ordered were very tasty. The only thing I would like to draw the manager's attention to is the service. The waiters were all polite, but there was not enough attention to our table - a long wait for the order to be accepted, we eventually called the waiter ourselves, then the drinks were also not fast and we also ordered a dish with us, but they forgot to cook it and we also had to wait until it was cooked.

I like the atmosphere of this place and the food. Meat for steaks can be selected from different countries. We took Russian steaks - very good ones. But I liked salads and snacks the most. They are very non-trivial, I have not met similar ones in other places. Keep in mind, if you go to this place for steaks, that from 18.00 to 19.00 you will not be able to order them. Something to do with the grill. You can safely follow the rest of the menu at any time.

It took a very long time to collect the order, then it took a very long time to bring the ordered ones. I messed up which salads, the customer was also looking for food, I forgot to bring the ordered drinks on time, I did not wait for black bread, there are no complaints about the waiter, he tried very hard - no one would be able to serve so many people efficiently. We should have just given a couple more waiters, we asked for it.

Excellent steaks, especially from horse meat. The choice of drinks is good, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. I would like to have more choice in sparkling wines by the glass, but that's another story. I thought to put 3 or 4. I put 3, so at this price level, shoals are not perceived more sharply. There were two times. The first time my son took Mozzarella -pomodoro and rubai (imported) - he liked it. I tried the meat-it's great. I had a vegetable salad (we made a special order, since there is simply no vegetable salad on the menu) and the chicken is corn, cooked like on a grill (some kind of stove, smarter at first, then in the oven. That's how the waiter explained it). As a result, the vegetables in the side dish are wildly oily, the chicken is large and not fried (I asked to fry it) and I do not know how they smoke (usually liquid smoke is added in restaurants), but the dish was too "odorous". I don't know if it's clear what I'm talking about. + lemonade and tea.
No compliments from the boss, no bread. Everything is strictly on order. The waiter is normal and cheerful.
The first time is 50/50, the account is 36,000 tenge
The second time, the three of us went together. We wanted to order mutton on ribs 1.6 kg for three - there was no. they took Rib eye from Kazakh meat, intercostal meat (they thought it was ribs), and stuffed Squid, mozzarella and some kind of salad.

As a result. Chop it up (medium roast was ordered) and the meat was asked to be fried, squid is a strange dish in meaning, while salty and peppery. I've been drinking water all evening.
We haven't finished everything. The pain is less than half of the portion left.
In the process, the lights were turned off in the restaurant, they waited until they were turned on, and they were transferred to the street. It was 35 degrees hot there.
Everything happens in life, in establishments with a claim to the level, in addition to prices, there should be customer-oriented service.
You see that people are asking to fry, they did not finish, discomfort from transfers, offer something from the institution-dessert, a discount next time, let the administrator come out, ask, apologize. Well, at least something. No, everything, in their opinion, is fine. The bill included 10% for the service. Give me the money and get out. We also tipped the waiters. But we won't come again.
