She is absolutely not sociable, ignores questions and appeals, asks for a clean basin, silently does her own business and then reluctantly nods at a bunch of basins and is so dissatisfied "there are two basins there!". The basins are washed by the visitors themselves. In the steam room, the benches are already rotting, these pieces of wood will drive splinters even through the sheet, it's even unpleasant to look at them, let alone sit. In the steam room above the door, everything is covered with fungus, wires stick out from the lamp, and the hole in the wall is huge, not closed, like Baba Yaga's in the hut.
